Recovering a clipped terriers coat?
I have recently acquired a Parson Russell terrier whose coat has been clipped twice (not by me). I want him to have a stripped coat and look like he is supposed to look, as he is a very handsome guy with excellent conformation. My question is what can I do to get his coat "strippable" ? I have lots of time and a strong will! Any advice appreciated.
