Have a kimchee recipe to share? I had a friend whose Korean wife made a wonderful kimchee for him to take on manuvers when we were in the Army. I have never been able to find a good recipe for a simple hot spicey kimchee since we parted. None of those recipes were quite as good no matter how hard I tried. I guess I'll have to head east!

An Indian farmer, in response to a question, mentioned that a huge problem to overcome there is THEFT of their crops. Arthur, I'm sorry that you do not have open email so I can respond personally but please email me. How many other farmers in India have these issues involving crop theft, and have there been any significant deterents?

Veterans (VA) health problems for newly returning soldiers, has anyone found reason to believe unfair treatmnt

Question Details: because they filed a claim and/ or mentioned exposure to depleted uranium? I want to know if anyone else has reason to believe, as I do, that they were treated poorly, rudely or made to feel that they are not injured, forced to believe that pain issues and health issues were not the fault of military service? Are there really that many soldiers out there that feel they were singled out and got angry care, and even laughed at when they found that later down the line they could no longer work and when they went to ask the VA and VA hospital for help they got substandard care for mentioning depleted uranium or having applied for disability? Feel there are "Headhunters" cutting the roles? I'm in the north east US and trying to see how many people actually think there is an issue of unfairness.
