I bought a bar of soap today and on the box it says "b.b." and then followed by last year's date. Does that mean "best before" or something else?

I have a daughter of nearly 6 months old who I breastfeed and pump for, and I have some Westlab Dead Sea Salts, but on the packet it says to seek a healthcare provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Why is this? 

Will my milk supply be affected?

Would you recommend it?

Can somebody please clear up the parameters of these two places, please. Westminster is a city according to Google. Does this make it a city within London city centre?

Can someone anecdotally tell me of their experience with gum recession and which treatment they had to reverse it? What was it like and did it work long-term?
