I broke my leg, foot, and ankle when I 12, I was in traction and had 3 pressure sores develop on my heel.?
The problem is I'm now 50 and have had problems with the tissue breaking down. It's getting to the point that there is pain most time, and is very difficult healing. Are there any foot reconstruction or other options besides amputation? I've always been active and in good health.
