Is it necessarily bad to submit a Fafsa application earlier? Meaning if a student is going to college 2012-2013, is there a problem to submit one for 2011-2012 to get a preliminary understanding of the amount of aid he/she may receive?

I been using Comodo Firewall for around 2-3 years, and i have to say its wonderful. Recently however, all the new files that are being introduced and awaiting my review all have the status untrusted. this status is even after i tell it to keep it under trustable files.

i have been using the Microsoft picture viewer, but then i downloaded Quicktime player. now the quicktime picture is my default picture viewer. i want to switch back to my Microsoft picture viewer. is there a way how? also is it ok if i uninstall quicktime? i mean i kno that if u uninstall certain things on the comp it will mess up my system. so is it ok if i uninstall quicktime?
