Got rear ended by an out-of-state driver 3 days ago. His insurance called yesterday and said they have to find an out of state adjuster to come look at the car. Crown Motors says car will probably be considered total, so how long does all this take? When will I get a check so I can start looking for a new car and will his insurance give me a rental till I find one?

I drive a Honda Passport and the guy who hit us was in a Dodge Ram, needless to say we got the worst of the damage busted out our rear window, dented up the rear hatch, doesnt openn now, and dented the bumper a little. The front of his truck lined up with our spare tire so I think that prevented any worse damage. Went throu all the steps as far as callin the police and my insurance n all that good stuff. His insurance called us today and said they have to find an out of state rep. to come look at our car and when they do they will call us. (guy was from OK and we are in MO) So tomorrow morning i am off to get my own estimate on the damage. ? A: how long is it gonna take for my car to be fixed? i dnt have renters insurance so im driving without a rear window right now. B: are they going to send me a check and reapair is up to me or are they going to send my car to their own shop and pay them direct? C: what if my guys estimate is diff. from the insurance guys? and D: car is only worth abt $2000 so if its estimated that repairs will be more than that does that mean they will consider my car totalled? and finally E: Some things were ruined due to rain on our drive home, we were on vacation so had lots in the back of the car and had a long drive home, is there anyway i can get compensated for those things. it was my lil girls stroller and her pack n play, (expensive gear that now is mildewed) any answers would be appreciated.

We bought the car 'as is' from a used dealership that did not offer a warrenty, or trust me i wud have gotten it. We got it inspected not even an hour after we bought it and it would not pass. We have now had it for exactly a week. We were told when buying the car that they had fixed anything they knew needed fixed, but that it was in good condition. I'm wondering if theres anything we can do, rather it be they just fix it or that they refund or give us a diff car i dnt care. I've read somethings that said this was fraud but I dnt know if thats in MO or how I can find out.

The car runs fine while driving and the gauge will read like 1/2 a tank or whatever its at and then as u slow down it drops till u come to a complete stop it reaches E and the car dies. What could be the problem? If you are stopped and the car is in park though it will idle fine and stay running for as long as you sit there but if u dont go as soon as u put it in drive it dies. It was doing this much worse, dying more often, untill we replaced a coolant sensor but that didnt fix the problem completly. This is in a 91 Saturn SC autotomatic 4 cyl. we had a test ran on it awhile back and they told us the fuel is running to rich. dunno if its connected with this problem or not.

Dont feel like hearing from ppl telling me how horrible of a mother i am but my lil one is 6wks old and Im ready to quit. I didnt realize how much extra it takes out of you. Its such an extra hassle and it makes me feel horrible for saying that but really it is. I want to BF so much but frankly my lil girl is getting worse at it other than better. She can't eat unless im laying down. Otherwise she wiggles and looses the nipple constantly. And if i leave her at home to go to work or any other reason half the time i have to come home because she wont eat pumped milk out of the bottle, which is something she used to do great at. It adds so much stress to something that is allready very stressful. Right now i work out of a friends home but what happens when i get a job that is full time and i cant leave when she just wont quit crying? I dont want her stressed out about eating. Any advice?

And what site do u usually use. im starting to sell stuff online and am wondering what to sell as my main thing. so far its books and lesson cds.

A friend of mine asked me how much milk to pump before getting drunk. She wants to pump enough so that she won't have to substitute any. So how long will the alcohol take to get out of her system enough that its not in her breastmilk? I told her once the alcohol wears off she would prolly be ok but would she? We of course dont want the baby to get ANY.

my 1 mth old apprently does not plan to go to sleep tonight. what do i do when at midnight she decides to stay up for 2 or 3 hours regardless when she napped last.

My 4 wk old is very stuffy but ive not had much luck with the nasal aspirator. what can i use to loosen any mucus other than saline drops. none of my local stores carry anything i can use on such a young baby.

My lil 1 is 3 wks today n im still 20 lbs ovr my ppw. but its all literally n my hips. i mean ALL. when do my hips shrink? cuz its not fat their just wide. that waz all that got big. i was tiny even n the belly n thats all been gone

Such as do her long fingers meam she will have big hands later? or her thick thighs mean she will be tall?

first off isk how much my lil one drank at first cuz she BF but now i pump to get her used to a bottle. she is almost 3 wks n takes 4 oz evey 3 hours almost on cue. do babys have growth spurts this early? or do sum kids just pop out eating alot? cuz i was told average for her age is 2 oz every 2 hrs.

Hes going out of state n he cnt live on campus cuz me n the baby cdnt live with him. any way we can get a loan to help toward bills till were able to find jobs? we have to many bills to be able to save the money we need.
