thank you all of readers for your answers. There are a few things i left out of the first one on purpose. I am interested in everyones answer, however, plz keep in mind that i already feel like i earned the worst mother of the year award so keep comments blunt but nice. While i am responsible for what happened to him, i have been taking neccessary precautions to ensure this no longer happens. For those of you that don't know me, I am writing a letter to the mayor to the city manager and to the local newspaper. A fence does need to be put up. I fear for the children in this complex whose parents dont watch them and let them run off and do whatever. I am not like that i always know where my kids are and in a snap he was in the creek. My responsibilities as a mother only go so far. I have the right to know and feel safe and confortable in the environment in which i am renting. I have talked to alot of people regarding this issue and have alot of support. There will be a fence put up one way or another. i am not "sue happy" like some answerers wrote. I do not in any way want to nor will i take this court i just am requesting that a fece be put up. If this can happen while i am out with them, what about those that are not being supervised at all?I know that i will be opening a can of worms on myself by doing this. I am sure that somewhere along the lines, someone is going to call CPS and in reality that is just fine with me. They would only be wasting their time and mine. This is the first incident like this that has happened to my child under my supervision.

a mother two of her children and another child are outside in the park of the apt complex. the children are playing at the park which is about 20 ft from where the mother was picking up back patio from a bday party. She looks at them to check on them they were in the swing area of the park. the mother turns her back for two minutes to put away a table and four chairs. As she turned around to grab the table, he 4 yr old and his 4 yr old friend, come running saying call 911 brother is swimming in the creek. The creek is 15 ft away from the swing and approx 4 ft from property line. the 20 mo old fell into the creek and was very close to drownding.He was pulled out and still breathing just in shock. The city owns the creek, the complex owns one side and a gold club owns the other sde. Who is responsible and why?

OK. I have alot of things wrong with my computer.... I hve viruses, security issues, mal-ware spyware, regristry probs.... u name it i got it on here. I am wondering if there is something that I can download or purchase that will solve all my issues. I don't want to have fifty different things ya know. I really only want to have to buy one thing and download that one thing and have it fix all my probs. Is there something out there that will work and actually fix this!!! I am tired of downloading things just to find out that becasue I got the free version it wont actually get rid of these things. Please help. Will choose best answer!!!

I have a collection of 4 certain ty teenie beanie original beanie babies. They are of the countries... Glory the bear, Britannia the bear, Maple the bear and Erin the bear. I would like to sell them but would like to get an estimated value of what they are worth. I am wondering if there are any websites that i can go to find out for free ( without having to buy a book) what the current values are if any. If you could help me that would be great....Will choose best answer....

I have been having probs with my bf veiwing adult content on puter. BTW, this is agianst some of my core values. We had a bout with it last year , then when just recently got puter back happened again. Now i fear that is happening again. If it is i am done. WE have two kids together but ya know he still gets it every nght...if you know what i mean. I woke up this morning and he was playing a game on the puter, when he closed out of the game, there was some MILF Menu saved as my desktop. Someone help me please.... I have checked the cookies and there is nothing. Also i checked interent histroy and nothing. He claims he didn't do anything... but i am not dumb. The desktop background was from the internet and had to be saved...but for the life of me i can't find where it was saved to..... Someone please help me. I can't be with someone that don't respect my core values.
