...yeah, I suck. I have windows 8. I hadn't shut down my laptop in a while so after I forgot it. Stupid right? Anyway, how do I get back into it without resetting my entire computer or buying software?

This is my first time having my credit card. I have to mail a check (because i cannot pay a certain fee online). But when I got my card, no checks. Does capital one use checks for credit cards? So confused

When I was a kid I was molested and so was my sister by my cousin. We are now in our early 20s and he's several years older with his own kid. I recently found out he also did this to my other cousin when she was 2 or 3. She's now 13. The ENTIRE family knows but no one has ever said anything. He lives with my aunt who is like the center of the family. My sister doesn't go over there, my cousin forgot and so did I until I had some flashbacks. Now I constantly feel sick and I hate my relatives (immediate family) for not saying anything. My sister still hasn't gotten over it and my cousin lashes out sexually. Now I refuse to go over to my aunts house even though I love being around my family. I'm angry and resentful. What should I do?

I've known him a month. He gave me this look and said "well i just dont like not being trusted right off the bat". I said "it's not about you, it's a personal rule." Most of my family is in law enforcement so they gave me a certain mindset. When i'm in a certain environment or around alot of people, I'm careful. Still have a good time but careful. Do you think I'm being paranoid?

So i was told i have this lung disease and a symtopm is shortness of breath. its been going on for an hour. im a bit scared cause it wont go away. i have anxiety issues as it is so my fear triggers my anxiety. I'm trying to calm myself with deep breaths but taking deep breathes doesn't feel good. Anxiety plus shortness of breath equals what the hell should i do?

So I m 22 annnnnd a virgin. My NOW ex, we were together for 2 years, always sexually pressured me. We were in his room with his roommate, who was on the phone. (I was 21 when this happened). There s a wall blocking his view. We were about to play call of duty when my ex started to get frisky. I was fine with it then I said stop. Then he had me pinned to the bed and kissing my neck and had my wrists in a death grip. I was struggling and saying stop (no doubt that I was freaking out) and I somehow forced myself on to the floor, it felt like fight or flight. His roommate saw me and was like "wtf are yall doin?" I tried to laugh it off and we continued with the night without him touching me. Thank god his roommate didn t leave the room after that because he always does. I felt VERY weird and uncomfortable after and I tried to excuse what he did as "oh I shouldnt have let him keep going, it was my fault". But something in my head was screaming at me that what was happening was very serious and wrong and that I should report him but wouldnt the cops just think I wanted it? I dont know, what do you guys think? Do you think he felt like I was serious or thought I was kidding?

My family have been sensitive for generations so and we all have different.....ways of experiencing things. I am highly sensitive and can tell if a spirit or whatever is looking at me or is the room or building. The feeling increases 10x fold when I know I'm being watched. I don't see those dust particles people call orbs. No no. I get full body, seemingly flesh and blood, real deal holy field spirits. I never talk to them either verbally or mentally, I could if I choose but it feels like I would get my voice stolen by them. I ignore them or look at them for a couple seconds to give them some acknowledgement just in case ignoring them makes them mad.

I've always had a strong case of deja vu to the point it's scary but over the years I've gotten used to it. I have this thing where I pray for myself, the spirit then us both at the same time, so the same prayer back to back 3 times. I dont know why that number but i've been doing it since I was a kid.

Good or bad spirits, doesn't matter, I still do it. I haven't been scared out of my mind since I was a kid so maybe I have guardian angels? But anyway, as I get older they don't show themselves and have gotten less friendly. Some spirits are nice but the rest I get a feeling would hurt me given the chance but they never seem to get close, as if there was a wall and I feel safe enough to sleep...I never see them but I feel them. And I feel like a very VERY old soul at times.

Is external or internal cheaper? I'm not trying to pay an arm and a leg for a couple GB because that's all I need. Anybody know where the best places to get them? And Will ANY external hard drive (no matter what brand) work?

This is probably a stretch but I need more space on my PS3. I dont know how to do the hardrive stuff and I dont want to pay to have that done. so I just figured I'd do a memory card and stick it somewhere in my playstation like the usb port. I dunno what I'm doing but that's the route i wanna go in. Anybody know where i can get a cheap memory card? I dont need THAT much sapce, maybe a GB or 2

A social worker came over and she read out everything i had said and she told them they thinkits a family member (which according to what Child Protective Services, was supposed to be kept confidental). This is a huge mess and people are pointting the finger at each other and now it's mainly focused on my mom (which they have no real reason to blame). I'm nervous and scared. What should I do?

My aunt married this guy "Shaun" a year or so ago. They both have one child each coming from previous relationships. The aunts son get treated like royalty and my uncle's daughter gets beaten to smithereens. She was living with her mother who neglected her so my aunt and uncle faught to get her. But I've been questioning why because they CONSATNTLY betlittle her and he constantly beats her or tells her to get out of his face where he wont see her. She gets no love. Few family members have spoken up and it helped a little but.....anyway. The son was caught smashing her head in the floor but didnt get in trouble. She isnt a bad kid. I told my mom to report him given she has such a strong opinion but she was like "that's their buisness besides she's telling her teacher." Now they are both upset because the daughter tells her teacher whats going on. And it somehow got back to them. My question is, if saying something doesnt work like in this situation, what can I do? I dont want to get in the middle but i feel so bad. why are they doing this

I bought Borderlands 2 but should I buy the GOTY edition?

Will the progress I made on the orignial be transferred to the GOTY edition? I dunno, I'm wrestling with this
