The best way to quit smoking, and why?
Which is best for helping quit smoking, Nicorette gum, skin patch, or a drug like Chantix? How does each work? I have been smoking 2-4 cigarettes each night since Dec 2012, and would like to cut down and eventually quit, because it irritates my throat and sinuses. Thank you in advance for your input!
