  • a question about a program (network)?

    I got a little phone prob me and some guys and the same neighborhood so we all can get internet by one way

    we divided the speed by network....

    anyway one of them complained about that someone take all the speed with the download programs so we will limit speed, he said in the middle that he had a program that protect him from people cutting his connection and that it can help him take all the speed.. he said that if one cut off his connection the program will protect him and will cut the other dude connection for 10 minutes and if it happened again it will be cut for 20 and so..

    i need anyone to tell me if there is an anti for this program or if this program really exist and what is its name

    lol any way to anti this program???

  • is power color a good brand or not?

    I have an hd 4850 , power color..

    But i found on the internet some guys that said that power color is not good and sapphire is better

    actually i don't know so i asked.. what is the difference between power color and sapphire..

    and another question is 4850 a good card?
