  • Mortgage loan and debt question...?

From a previous marriage, my husband is in debt from a car loan and a cable bill. His only income as of almost 2 years ago is social security disability. We have considered looking for a house in 2016, but are concerned that debtors can come after our house if we get a loan to buy one next year. Sometime in 2014 we went to court for the car loan, but they never did anything to him as his only income is S.S., but the cable bill has never been taken to court. Either way, if we get a loan next year and buy a house, what can or cannot happen to our income, house, etc regarding his past debts? Please only serious answers only. If you could also let me know how you came upon your answer, that would be great. Thanks in advance!

  • Looking for serious answers only, please. Brain tumor/cancer.?

I am currently awaiting a biopsy surgery for a tumor in the 3rd ventricle (thought to be a low grade cancer). I was just looking for any personal experiences as to this location of a tumor, surgery, cancer in general (as I am well aware that every case is different as is how everyone handles things). Any information as to what to expect from before, and after the biopsy, recovery, chemo, etc would be greatly appreciated. I am days away from getting to ask my questions to the surgeon so any suggestions would be great to add to my list! Thank you in advance and please only serious answers only.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!!

  • How to preserve an open walnut?

Years ago we cracked open a black walnut and to our surprise it had a very unique shape inside...that of a heart. So, we kept half of the walnut and now 3 years later it is starting to fade to yellow....is there any way to preserve it so we don't end up having to throw it away or let it get any more faded?

Thank you in advance for any answers

  • Are these Bristol seats any good?

We have seats in the Allison Terrace, Row 18 Section O at Bristol Motor Speedway and I was wondering how good these seats are? Will we be too high up to have a good view? Any personal experiences or really anything in response to our specific seats will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

  • Can I still get a home loan if...?

If I receive benefits (food stamps, section 8, etc) while I am renting a place, can I still apply for a home loan in a year or two when I have credit built up or is that something lenders will look at and frown upon? I know you can't use section 8 when you have a house, but I would like to know if that would affect my chances. Thank you in advance

  • 6 weeks late, negative hpt and blood test, could I be pregnant?

My husband had a vasectomy about 10 years ago so we never had a thought of having a child of our own (at least we knew it was rare). I usually have my period every 4-5 weeks at most and haven't missed one yet. However, I am now 6 weeks late. My last period was January 19-21, 2012 (normal amount of days for me). and about 2 weeks after I was due for my next period I started getting EXTREMELY exhausted by early afternoon/evening and it continued throughout the days to pretty much being exhausted all day. I noticed the exhaustion the first day and thought it was odd, but passed it off until a few days later when I woke feeling great, but hours later was already exhausted again. From the time of being 2 weeks late all of the following symptoms came along (I will get to them in a minute) but until it was time for my next period to come (and never did) I didn't consider the possibility of pregnancy until then. My symptoms from 2 weeks late started with exhaustion, then nausea in the evenings progressing to throughout the day (no vomiting, but the awful feeling of right before throwing up to just an upset stomach all day), headaches everyday (rarely got them before), acne all the sudden on my face, lightheadedness, oh and the burping lol I rarely burp and now its sometimes most of the day, every now and then I have cramping but I never really had that with periods, slight backaches have come and gone and I have had some discomfort in the abdominal region. All of this, like I said, started about 2 weeks late and have stayed with me even up until now. They are also very odd for me to have as well because most if not all of them are rare to occur with me which makes me curious. Anway, I have taken 3 hpts, a urine test at the doctors and a blood test as well, but everything has come up negative. I'm reluctant to go back to the dr. because she seemed to pass it off as if she didn't care....She ran a bunch of blood work, including thyroid, and everything came back normal. I know that blood tests are very accurate but also know that if you have a low level of hcg (if pregnant) that it sometimes doesn't show. I've never been pregnant so I don't know if mine would be or not, but what I am looking for are anyone to give input, stories, so on and so forth. Oh, and I know that some people that want a baby, want it so much they develop symptoms or what not, but that's not me because we weren't ever expecting to have a child and the thought of pregnancy never crossed my mind until i put all of these symptoms together, and the late period. Also, there hasn't been any change in my life, no stress really (I'm very laid back, don't let anything bother me type of person)...I love hearing/reading stories of people's experiences so anyone willing to tell theirs, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you to anyone in advance!
