My 15 mo. old daughter was bit by a mosquito yesterday on her forehead...?
and now the area is very swollen. It's been about 24 hours since I noticed the bite. The area is squishy and seems to have made the inside (left) part of her nose (near her eye) slightly swollen also. It doesn't have a fever and doesn't bother her when I push on it, she's as she always does, happy and active. It's been swollen for only a few hours and I've done tons of research to find a remedy but everybody says to not use benadryl, which I try not to use any medications if I don't have to. Has this happened to anybody or know of this happening to somebody. Should I stay concerned? Because I'm freaking out or will the swelling start to go away soon? Please Help.
