So I was diagnosed 2 years ago with BAV and the cardiologist I saw wanted me to get an echo every 2 years, well its that time, but the doctor was a total jerk. She totally played down all my symptoms and issues I was having. During the appointment I actually was arguing with her that I was having heart related problems. After they found the BAV I just got a phone call from one of her nurses informing me that I need a echo done every 2 years.

How would one go about getting an echo without going through that same cardiologist? Have any of you felt like you have been low on the patient priority list because you don't need a triple bypass or have experienced this kind of doctor?

Just wondering if there is a connection between cranial pressure and eye pressure. Such as if the brain was swelling for any reason would the eye pressure also increase?

So I had a persiting headache for 6 days and went to the doctor for it. She wanst sure what was causing it but perscribed an antihystamine incase it was sinus and also a Darvocet, a pain killer.

She told me if the headaches last over the weekend to give her a call and we might have to schedule a CT. Im just worried. Tomarrow I am going to call her and let her know I am still having bad headaches but I guess 1) I am worried about what a CT might reveal, and 2) I am worried it might not reveal anything.

Is that stupid? If it reveals something thats bad, but I can get treatment atleast. If it doesnt reveal anything, I am still having headaches but then just dont know whats causing it.

I guess I am just needing support. I am worried and not sure whats what.

So I was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve a couple months ago, I am 20 now and I was told that the defect normal dosent cause problems untill late 30's-40's. I was wondering, if my nano is synchronized to my computer but I plug it into another computer will it synchronize to that computer and download all those files or will it up load all the files on the ipod to the new computer?
