  • Fantasy Football Week 15 Sit/Start Advice?

Well my team has just barely made the playoffs and now am facing the #1 scoring team this week, so I feel I probably need to hail mary this week. We are an 8 team league with .5 PPR and start 2 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 RB/WR/TE flex, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 DEF.

    Currently my lineup looks like:

    QB: Vick, Newton

WR: Antonio Brown, S. Moss, L. Robinson

    RB: Gore, Turner

    TE: Witten

    Flex: Spiller

    K: Crosby

    DEF: NYG vs. WAS

Bench: Holmes, Boldin, Kevin Smith, Andre Johnson

Gore is facing PITT and Vick is playing pretty poorly and facing the Jets. I'm thinking of benching both of those players. I can rotate one of the WRs off the bench to flex and Spiller to RB, but none of those WRs really inspire me now. I am hoping Smith is healthy, but can't count on that either.

On the wire, the best players I see available are Grossman, Gaffney, Ryan Grant. I have number one waive wire priority among the playoff teams. I'm thinking of going all Redskins and try to waive for both redskins and play Moss, grossman and Gaffney in an all in effort against the NYG secondary, and getting Grant if I have no faith in Gore or Spiller. I also probably will drop NYG DEF and take a flyer on AZ vs. CLE. Any thoughts on my ramblings? Thanks!

Gore is going up against PITT and Vick really hasn't been that good lately

  • Week 16: Sit/Start question. Which TE?

I'm in a 12 team PPR league that has rosters that go 18 players deep. I've struggled at TE all year and left with these choices for the last game of the year. Waht do you think?

    Kevin Boss @GB

    Rob Gronkowski @BUF

    Benjamin Watson vs BAL

    Jimmy Graham @ATL

There are no other viable candidates on the wire right now. Boss and Watson had the best scoring totals last week. Graham gets the Monday night matchup. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

  • Fantasy Football Week 10 Flex Help?

    Tony Moeaki @DEN

    Marshawn Lynch @ARI

    Fred Jackson vs. DET

Willis McGahee @ATL (I have Ray Rice starting already)

Any help you can provide is much appreciated. Thanks!

  • Help me with my Week 8 bye week hell!?

Well I made a lot of moves this season and unfortunately all those moves led me to realize that I have Ray Rice, LeSean McCoy, Peyton Hillis, Steve Smith (NYG), and Jeremy Maclin on bye all at once. Thus, I am in bye week trouble this week, and need to come up with something that could work. I am in a deep 12 team league that goes 18 roster spots in. It is also a full PPR league. We start: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex RB/WR/TE, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 DEF. Here are the choices I have left from the scraps on my roster. Who should I start at the RB, WR, and flex positions? As I am severely down in point projections, priority is given to potential explosiveness over consistency.

    Fred Jackson @KC

    Justin Forsett @OAK

    LeGarrette Blount @ARI

    Danny Woodhead vs MIN

    Anthony Gonzalez vs. HOU

    David Gettis @STL

    Danny Amendola vs. CAR

    Tony Moeaki vs BUF

There is little to nothing left on the waiver wire to look at from what I can tell, unless you have a SUPER deep sleeper in mind. Thanks for your help.

  • Using #1 Waiver to block opponent in fantasy football?

I am in a continuous waiver league where waivers are retained from week to week. I have saved up my waiver and now am in the #1 position. My team this week is littered with bye week players, and there is no on the waiver wire in my deep 12 team league with 18 roster spots. My opponent this week has Tony Romo as his starting QB and has Freeman as his backup. Our league has very few options on the waiver wire. Is it worthy using my waiver on Fitzpatrick to block his pickup by this owner? Here are the matchups and available QBs:

    Freeman @ARI

    Fitzpatrick@KC

    Henne @Cin

    Hasselbeck@OAK

    Collins/Young@SD

  • Week 6 Flex Sit/Start help?

I am in a full PPR league that has 12 teams and has deep rosters with 18 players deep. I am stuck deciding who I should start at flex. My two top choices are

    Peyton Hills @ PIT

    Tony Moeaki @ HOU

Hillis is injured and the Browns seem to be ready to starting McCoy, so I'm very hesitant to jump into that matchup.

Other options on my bench are:

McGahee (I am starting Ray Rice already) @NE

    Danny Woodead vs. BAL

    Brandon Stokely @Chi

Random guys on the wire also include:

John Carlson, Anthony Armstrong, Jericho Cotchery, Lagarette Blount, Chris Chambers, Joshua Cribbs, Earl Bennett.

  • Week 5 Fantasy Football Sit/Start?

I have 2 RB starting slots and a flex spot to fill. Here are my best options for this week. This is a full PPR league.

Ray Rice vs. DEN, LeSean McCoy @SF, Cedric Benson vs. TB, and Peyton Hillis vs. ATL. Both Rice and McCoy have been cleared to play this Sunday. What does everyone think?

  • RB sit/start question for Week 4?

I am in a full PPR league that starts two RBs and a flex RB/WR/TE. I am already set on starting Cedric Benson and Peyton Hillis against each other. For the flex I am choosing between the potentially injured Ray Rice vs. Pit or Justin Forsett vs. STL. Who would you start?

  • Week 4 Waiver Pickup Question?

I am in a 12 team PPR league that has very deep rosters. We use a rolling waiver system, and I have been saving the #1 waiver. My question involves whether I should use it this week, and if so, on whom? Our league starts 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF.

Aside from the junk on the end of the roster, my relevant players are:

    QB: Brees

RB: Ray Rice, Benson, Hillis, Forsett, Maroney

WR: Wayne, Calvin Johnson, Ocho Cinco, Jacoby Jones, Lee Evans

    TE: Celek

On waivers, the best Week 3 players that hit the wire are Lance Moore and Ryan Torain. Should I waive for either of these two? If I chose to waive for either of the two, I would use a second waiver to try to pick up John Carlson or Tony Moeaki as Celek has underperformed as well. I don't think TE is a high enough priority to use the #1 waiver on its own. Any thoughts?

  • Fantasy Football Sit/Start Questions for Week 3?

I have questions for my WR3 and TE positions for this week. My league is a full PPR league and rewards bonus points for 100+ yard games.

For WR3 I can choose between Jacoby Jones vs DAL, Danny Amendola vs. WAS, or Louis Murphy @ARI.

For TE I have Brent Celek @ JAC and John Carlson vs. SD. Before the season started Celek would have been an easy start. However, he hasn't built a great rapport with Vick and has been receiving a very low amount of total targets. I could also choose among FA TEs like Tony Moeaki, Bo Scaife, Brandon Pettigrew, Dante Rosario, or Martellus Bennett.

Thanks in advance for any advice you have.

  • Who to drop for Kareem Huggins?

I have been hearing a lot of good press for Kareem Huggins this year and I'd like to add him to my fantasy roster. I am in a fairly deep PPR scoring league. My drop candidates include Roy Williams, Greg Camarillo, Kevin Smith, and Correll Buckhalter. My starting lineup has questionable WR issues, so I've been trying to stockpile potential WRs to shore that area up. Any suggestions on who to drop?

  • QB start question, Brady or Campbell?

I am in the semifinals of my fantasy football league and I am really worried about Brady's recent slow starts and his three nagging injuries. Is that enough for me to bench him vs. the Bills for Jason Campbell vs. the NYG on Monday Night? Any help is most appreciated!

  • Fantasy Football Keeper Question for 2010?

I am in a keeper league and my season has just ended. In our league we can keep up to three players, provided that you pay 2 rounds prior to when they were drafted the prior year. They cannot have been dropped at any time as well, and can not be drafted in the first two rounds. We are a full PPR league which also awards bonuses for +100 yard games and long TDs. Starting positions are 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 WR/RB/TE flex, TE, K, and DEF. There are 12 teams in the league and most of the keepers last year were WRs with a couple of gem RBs taken. Which 3 would you keep of these? I am listing the round I have to give up the pick for next year with the player.

Ronnie Brown: kept at 4th (any injury issues into next year)

Steve Smith (NYG): kept at 5th

    Brent Celek: kept at 8th

    Jamaal Charles: kept at 9th

    Nate Burleson: kept at 15th
