My older brother, a decorated Vietnam veteran was buried in a national cemetery. I recently visited his grave and observed that at this particular memorial park the head stones are flat on the deck. Not the upright white stones such as those at Arlington or other veterans places. I also noticed that the plots are rather small and close together, both in side by side and each row.

Are the remains buried in caskets or are they cremated and placed in the earth in urns.

In the scene of the attack on the penthouse banquet room just before Michael and his guests hear the choppers flying in an ornate silver platter is passed around holding watches and other jewelry. Michaels guests seem to be collecting their own possessions. It appears that they were required to surrender them before entering the room for the party.

The only significance I can come up with is that the were all subject to a metal detector to make sure that they were not armed.

The stage was in the middle of the arena floor like a prize fight ring, His set opened with the lights down low and the first instruments of the song played as the curtain, which draped over him like a tube came up like a statue being unveiled.

The song was a hit on the radio at the time and I would like to find it. The first words were something like this "Are you sure I've never loved you somewhere before...."

I just watched SkyFall, 007s latest adventure. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to see it first on the big screen. I'd been working so much, that I haven't had time for movies out.

I'm thrilled at the new direction the series is taking, and how it is finally bringing back some of the elements from the Sean Connery days. Such as, Beloved characters like Q and Miss Moneypenny, .And also Bonds wry sense of humour which was not displayed much in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace in an effort to create a more serious and no-nonsense Bond.

Bringing in Bonds old 60s era Astin Martin was also a welcome surprise as well as the more flamboyant action scenes. I observe gadgetry is still being kept at a minimum.

A major part of the story involves Bonds superior M played for some time now by Judi Dench. I don't want to give the plot away for those who have not seen the film, but I'm wondering if there has been criticism or controversy in regards to Bond having a female boss. Ms. Dench took up the role when Pierce Brosnan was still starring and I don't recall much hoopla at the time, but is it possible that the major change in future Bond films where M is concerned was a result of fans or the movie big shots saying " no more boss in skirts for 007' I actually have come to admire M as played by Ms. Dench.
