It wasn't in there more than 3 seconds, if that! It turns on fine, the touch screen works fine, the camera is fine. But now its overheating like CRAZY! It's been overheating the past few months if used for more than 5 mins straight such as playing games. So I'm wondering if its just shorting out even more now because of the water that may have damaged it. I took it apart right away & dried off the drops I could see & let it dry out for over an hour but its still overheating without even using it. Could this be a manufactuer defect or would it be a water damage defect???

I recently dyed my hair a deep burgundy. I went into work today and was told I have to change the colour because its "too burgundy." I think they mean it's an unnatural hair colour. One of the managers at my place of employment has golden blonde hair with black underneath, which also isn't natural.

Do I have the right to refuse to redye my hair?

And what can I legally do if I am denied the right to work because I won't change my hair colour?

I just bought The Sims 3 less than a week ago for my laptop & I am actually extremely disappointed that I haven't even really started playing yet And unfortunately, I am already ready to call up customer service and ask for a refund on this purchase. I reallyyyyy wanted to play this game, yet I can't even create a sim without my computer shutting down completely. I've turned off my firewall, antivirus program, checked to see if missing DEP was the problem, updated my video card, updated the game & I'm at a loss for what more to do! I have looked at several different things to try to figure this out, yet I can't do that. Basically, I start the game and start off in sunset valley, I start creating my sim and all of a sudden, BAM, my computer shuts off. I've literally attempted to create a sim about 10 times or MORE! I am starting to get extremely aggravated and I'm wondering if I just wasted my money. If someone could PLEASEEEEEE help me??

We have a wooden front porch & there's all these ants that keep coming into the house from underneath the porch! They just won't go away! They are biting ants cause they keep biting my 2 year old son. He has to walk around in rubber boots now lol. But I need something safe enough that if he touched it, it won't harm him. We've tried raid, traps, boiling water, what else can you suggest we try that has worked for you?!

I am in a Johnny Reid music video for this week, Thursday June 17th, 2010 and I don't know what to wear!! I am supposed to wear...

DRESS: All Blue, Black, or Grey! Richer, Darker Colors. Ethnic wardrobe, interesting, outlandish, celebratory but still darker colors. Think “parade”, “procession”, “multi-cultural” but with dark colors. African, South American, Central American, Chinese New Year, Caribana, etc.

But I don't know WHAT exactly I should wear. And how should I do my hair and make-up for this kind of outfit. Thanks!!

I plan on getting an iPod touch in the next 2 months. I don't mind spending the extra amount of money to get the 16gb, but I'm wondering about saving money. I have maybe 150 songs on my mp3 player now, but the odd time I wanna watch a movie & play new games & what not. I do delete songs or games I don't use anymore often. I won't be keeping the movies on the iPod all the time, if I watch any at all.

So.. what do you think?

The rundown, he moved in with me a couple months ago. Since he's been here, he hasn't gotten a job or done much of anything except help out with my son. I've been told that when I go out to work or somewhere, he wakes up to give my son bottle after bottle & goes back to sleep until about 12 or 1pm. He's very lazy, he complains about doing simple tasks. He won't even do follow-ups on a job application unless we argue about it!

With him being a mama's boy, we've already broken up once because of her. He "misses her way too much," she did everything for him. She would make his food, buy him stuff & he didn't really have to worry about work.

HOW DO I CHANGE THAT?! I don't want to change him completely I just want tips on how to help him break out of his shell & stop being so lazy.
