I have a 96 Chevy with a V6. Most of the time it starts fine, but if the temperature outside is cooler or if I have been driving it a while then try to restart it, It won't even crank. The dash lights come on and that's it. We replaced the battery and had the alternator checked. We even replaced the starter, but it is still doing the same thing.

I was given an excel sheet and it asks me to make a pie chart of the birth states of the U.S. presidents that are provided in a column. Is there a way to do this without adding up all the states myself and making a sort of legend to the side?

I am unable to install any updates. I keep getting error codes 80070246 and 646. The only solution I have been able to find online is to turn off my firewall. I turned it off and still got the same errors.

Every time I start up my computer i get this error. I have a hp laptop with windows vista. Any help for a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Do you think there should be a government program to help lower income families to spay and nueter their pets? Not unlimited pets but maybe up to 2. City governments spend thousands of dollars each month to put unwanted dogs down. Just wondering what some of you think.
