i used to bite my nails all the time but after i saw that all my friends their nails are tall and white and beautiful i decided to stop eating my nails but every time when they start to be little bit tall they breakup quickly and i sadly cut them again and everytime i make this so i want something to make my nails be tall and nice and white and thick and strong ! plzzzz help me
