Is a Med board mandatory?
Hi, I recently had a command directed mental eval. Did the evaluation and the psychologist initiated medboard. I just want to know if I can refuse it or just not show up to the appointments and whatnot. I'm projected to start terminal leave in August. They just started a couple weeks ago. I don't want to do the medboard and I am not staying in the Army longer than I need to. I hear medboards take a long time and I'm not willing to wait, I wouldn't even want to do it even If I have enough time. I don't care about the benefits I would get or whatever, they can keep it. The only thing I would like to know, is it mandatory? I can refuse medical treatment right? Thanks!
2 AnswersMilitary8 years agoAccident under my driving record.?
My brother got into an accident in my car and I wasn't even there, I was in Afghanistan at the time. The car was under my insurance obviously and I checked my driving record. It is under my driving record and not his and I was the one responsible for the accident. He was at fault. Even though I did not get into an accident, my insurance rates went through the roof. My question is, is there anyway to change this or something. I was not the one who got into an accident, he did.

Lets say I entered the army on the 16th of this month, when does the leave balance start? Do I get 2.5 days when I have been in exactly a month? So next month on the 16th I get 2.5 days or is it the first day I'm in I get 2.5 days for this month and so on and so forth?
3 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoSmall pox vaccine normal symptoms?
I got the small pox vaccine 2 fridays ago, my shoudler is really killing me, it hurts to the touch can't move my shoulder much and my armpits hurt like hell and feel swollen... Is this normal? They said it was going to be a little bad but I did not expect it to be quite painful... And you can definitely tell it is swollen, right where the bicep and the shoulder meet is a hump and thats the most painful part.. It is blistered and it is full of pus but it is swollen on top of the swollen shoulder it is rising..... I just want to know if this is normal?
