can u recomend deck ideas or just good cards

rocket pilder's effect says u equipt this card 2 a monster

when he attacks ur opponent's monster being attacked loses ATK= to ur monster's

so i equipt summoned skull w/ 2500 ATK

and ur oppent's monster loses 2500 ATK when i attack

wut if the monster i'm attacking has less than 2500 ATK

lets say 300 ATK deos that mean the monster losing ATK go to -2200 ATK?

call of the haunted is a continuous trap that says u can summon 1 monster from ur grave

sense it's continuous does that mean i can summon 1 monster every turn?

i waz on facebook and they ask these wierd questions and dutch oven popped up

i know it's something wierd but can some1 tell me

is it just another word for chaos deck where there r dark and light monsters.

i want 2 know how pokemon evolves or if u had any suggestions on evolving my dragons?
