My goal is just to be in shape, nothing special:

cable crossovers
pec deck
wide grip lat pulldown
cable row
triceps push down
ez bar biceps curls
Leg press
hamstrings curls
calf rise
vertical legs-hip raise

Hello! I'm 24 years old man, i just start to workout but dead lifts and barbell rows give me very bad lover back pain. I fell it 3 days after i do this movmenst. And worst is that i have to tooke paink killers for my pain. Today i do netural grip pull ups 3xmax and dumbbell row, my doctror says that dumbbelll row i safe for me. But still i feel disconfort in my lover back, not like dead lifts and barbell rows, but still discomfort. What can i do? I think to add more sets of pull ups like 5-6 sets netural grip pulll ups to burn my lats or do 3 sets netural grip pulll ups+ 3 sets of chin ups, or 3 sets of netural grip pull ups+3 sets inwerted inverted bodyweight row. So what do you think is best for me? Thanks for help!

Hello. I'm 23 years old. My high is 172 sm and i weigh 61 kg. My arm is 33 sm, meine waist 88 sm, my cheast is a 92. But i don't have six pack. A eat:
fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, milk products, raw nuts, eggs, fish, slow carbs like a potatoes and rice, Bee Honey. I'dont eat fried, all boiled, roasted and stewed. I don't eat sugar and breat. I do push ups, pull ups, chin ups, crunches, planks, Superman twists i do to a lot of wallking, like 8-10 km a day. This from me. Thank for answes!

Hello. I need somebody to answer me. I have very strong panick atack. I whole shaking, i smother. And in the same time i have very har headache and i workout in a gym yeastoday and i have sholdier pain to. I need benzo and pain kiler. I have prescription for xanax and codein. Can i took both together, in small doses 0.5 xanax and 20 mg codeine. Plese answer me quickly i can't take eny more. Sory for my speling i don't feel so good!

Hello! Today i wake up with shoulder pain! And for that reason i took 20 mg codeine and drink one coffe and smoke one chigaret with a coffee! After 20 minutes something hapends! My eyes start to get wide open, i start to feel very relaxed and in tha same time i feel so full with energy, i start to smyle! Is this is normal? I have no tolerance to pain kilers! Hello, back in April 2014 i have received prescription for klonopin, 1mg in the morning and 1mg before sleep. Because i have realy big stres. I don't what hapend, i don't know when hapend but in november 2014 i was like a 24-28mg klonopin a day. A go to rehab.The say that this those is to high and for that reason, they say that they can't scale down this those for those short time. So they scale down from 24-28 to 0. Now i'm clean from 15 november. But from that day, i'm not the same:
I find it hard to communicate, I feel weak, my sleep is restless, my nicotine hunger is more stronger then ever, some times i start to pulsate, I do not find suitable subjects with people. Please give me advice, I live in really dark please now. When this nightmare will end. A whant to be happy again, to be againcommunicative again, to can talk with my friends again, to be energetic again, when will this ends?

my head ached I was awfully tense. So i took 0.5 mg xanax. After 20 minutes all stops. Now i feel the same symptoms.What should I do? Hello, i suffer from panick attacks and sometimes i feel pain in my body. I have a prescribed 10 mg valium only when i have panick attack, and pain killer, i don't remember his name, but i do know that he have 20 mg codeine. So my question is: If some times i feel realy strong panick attack and in the same time pain, those is safe to mix this two medicaments. Hello i'm 23 years old and my goal is to burn some fat. I'm not fat, but i want to be in shape nothin spechial. Here is my workout plan at home: Day 1:3 sets of push ups of how many i can do (cheast, shoulder and triceps), and chin ups sets of how many i can do (back, biceps). Day 2:10-15 min jogink. Day 3: like day one. Day 4:like day two. Day 5 like day one and two. Day 6 and 7 reast.

Hello, i'm 22 years old, and i want to cutt some fats. I'm not fat, i'm more like skinny fat. I'm 5'8 (171) and 128 (58) but i have beer belly. So now i eat healthy food and i accept less calories than i need. So i'm going to give you my menu for today, for
example
1.breakfast- omelette (3 eggs 175 gr and 40 gr cheese) baked only with 6 g olive oil+70 g
bread with seeds and two green apples 390 g.
lunch-145 g grilled chicken breast+105 g
pasta (brewed 310 g)+200 g yogurt 2% fat
dinner-190 g grilled chicken breast+105 g rice (brewed 310 g)+200 g yougurt 2% fat
So my calories are 2000
