Meeeeee

Okay, so since school started, I've likes this guy that has noooo idea who I am. I see him at the hallways all the time but he's a sophomore and I'm a freshman... We don't have any classes together but I see him at the library after lunch every day.. I'm a REALLY shy person and I only have a few friends, so its weird to just go up to him and say hi... He's also quiet and I feel like we both are alike... I tried to move on but I still like him and I don't know what to do... I know his first nname because my brothers best friend is friends with him and he sits close to my brothers table at the library.... But still... What should I do...

whats wrong with him? he eats his own blanket and his teddy bears for some reason and has been throwing up but he goes to the bathroom properly and his feces looks normal. i am going to take him to the vet so don't tell me that thats what i should do. the problem is that his balls are red and is it because he isn't neutered yet? he's 7-8 months old.
