Me and him broke up a year ago and recently started talking he said breaking up with me was the biggest mistake of his life and how he was sorry for being an *** after we broke up. Then he said he needed to think about us being friends or something more. We hung out at our spot the day and kissed then the next day he said he didn't want to get back together with me. Recently he has takin to mentioning him newest girlfriend of the week in every conversation we have in one way or another. I told him it bugged me beause he knows i still have feelings for him and that day in the park didn't help any. I don't know what to say to him i want to be friends with him but he is just acting like such a jerk. What should i say to him or do?

I have a good job right now but i've recently been offered a new job this one would come with a raise from my present salary and a promotion in a way. I enjoy where i'm working now and have been told i'll get a raise soon in three times in the last year with no results they say i'll get one in march but i'm not sure if i will if i do get the raise it will be the same as the job offer. my question is should i stick around for the raise or try the new job even though i know i'll hate it.
