    Hi Friends,

    I was working with a limited company in Madhya Pradesh (India).

    First Problem: Due to fund crisis I was receiving salaries in parts now Finally My Total Pending Salary is Rs. 28500/- and I submitted some Reimbursement Details To company after Senior’s Approval (Rs. 15000/- Pending) but I don’t Have any Supporting with me because I have submitted all to Accounts department. But Against that I have received three Cheques (1. 15000, 2. 13500 and 3. 15000) Cheques have no dates mentioned. I didn’t present Cheques in bank as Company’s Directors were promising me to make payment after some time. But now none of them is responding to me. What Should I do now?

    Second Problem: I submitted my Resignation to Company Director but niter they are accepting it not they are giving me any relieving to me. What should I do?
