I am currently wearing monthly contacts and have not been wearing them as often. I usually work nights anywhere from 5PM- 1AM. I find that my contacts dry up quite a bit more at night than during the day and by the time 10PM my eyes are quite irritated/dried/itchy. I also have dry eyes but am taking Omega 3 fish oil tablets recommended by my optometrist.

I am currently wearing Air Optix monthly contacts. I was wondering if two week contacts would be any better in terms of comfort and dryness. I have worn daily contacts before, they are amazing but a bit pricey. So I was hoping two week contacts would be a good medium.

Also, my optometrist does not offer two week contacts because they said patients experienced more issues with these compared to dailies or monthlies. So, I was not given a pair of weeklies to try out.

It is 140-160 FPS will this be enough to shoot cans down in like 5 shots or less at about 30 feet ? Also can i use .20 or .2 grams for those pistols.
