Okay, I have a lil bit of a story. I just hope maybe someone out there can give me some insight on whether it's possible to gain my hair back, get it thick again, and / or what a possible solution could be.

When I was younger..I had serious THICK hair. It was wonderful. I was diagnosed with diabetes at age 10. I became anorexic at 13 and bulimic by 14. I had gone through so many years of this vicious cycle of eating disorders and terrible diabetes control. Over the years, my hair drastically THINNED. Of course, I went to doctors and.. we basically came to the conclusion that it was malnutrition. I am now in therapy & recovering..so my food intake is way better & I take prental vitamins daily. I am still struggling with my diabetes at times. However, I have been on a better track for over a year now. I have noticed a small amount of new hair in the front part of my hair line but the rest of my hair continues to SHED and get thinner and thinner. It seems like everything I lose, never grows back, so I really don't know why it continues to fall out..unless it is diabetes related. But I have never really heard of that being a major consequence. But ..my question is, IS IT POSSIBLE to re-gain THICKness to hair? I have a feeling that it will never return to the original thickness, but is it possible to get it to be thicker? What things can I do/eat to make this happen? I have been trying to do scalp massages, and I have taken biotin and so many dif. types of vitamins, it just seems like nothing is working :( I'm at loss.

(Please don't say go to to the doc..I have been and that is my next stop also! haha)

I am almost positive that I have genital warts. Recently it seems like they have just happened. However - I am on my period and I also got sick yesterday, today my warts or bumps or whatever they are look horrible. Does your period or an illness cause the warts to get worse because of a weakened immune system? Can yeast infections irritate them? I am so confused and depressed. I never noticed my bumps before, and it seems like since I have noticed them, they have gotten worse.

Okay - I have recently noticed strange bumps.. I have 2 on my anus, and a new one on my vag. It's strange because.. I have had re-occuring severe yeast infections for many years (I'm diabetic), so it seems like these bumps are yeast related (also on my anus, yes).. and .. I just don't know if they are warts or not. I mean, I have had the same partner for 8 months now ..we don't even use condoms (don't lecture..its our choice), so if I really had genital warts, wouldn't he have noticed symptoms by now, or wouldn't he have had some sort of outbreak. If I really had warts, would they look as gruesome as they do on yahoo images or would they be subtle?

I thought maybe if I reallllly had warts, they would have spread all over my vagina by now?

Please don't say go to the doc, I'm going to, I just wanted some opinion.

I have posted a few times here on answers - but I just wanted to know if there are ANY other causes for bumps to be on my anus. Could a yeast infection (that I have) have caused these skin bumps? I have had a yeast infection that comes back quite alot. I'm also diabetic. But, I just am so scared about what these bumps on my anus could be. there are about 2 or 3 of them. One is really small and the others are at the top of my aunus, down from my vagina. I have no other bumps like that on or in my vagina, so I was wonering if it was genital warts, would it have spread to my vagina by now? I have had these bumps for months. Also, wouldn't my partner or past partners have had symptoms or signs of these bumps or warts if I really did have them?

They are NOT the cauliflower type, just reg. bumps..

Okay, I did post last night about this..but I wanna ask a few more questions and give a little more detail.

I have been having unprotected sex with my parter for 9 months (don't leture, I get it) anyhow...I have only had sex with 3 partners without condoms. FOR MONTHS now I have had these flesh colored raised bumps on my anus. There are like 2 of them. (I'm diabetic and I get yeast infections often) so I wasn't sure if maybe that was causing these bumps. Anyhow.. recently I just feel paranoid because they are still there. But if I really had genital warts, then wouldn't my past partners have noticed bumps or warts (if I really had them). I mean you would think maybe atleast 1 out of 3 partners would have atleast noticed something or got it by now IF I really had them.

But anyhow, if I have these mysterious bumps on my anus, as much touching, rubbing, spreading around, hands, toys, mouth (sorry to be graphic..just want to give as much info to make the story correct) ..then like.. wouldn't they have spread to other areas like the inside of my vagina or outside or mouth or something?

I've had these bumps for a while and they are NOT the cauliflower kind. They are just like "bumps" .. except flesh colored (that is what SCARES me) but.. then again I don't feel as upset because I have had this for a while and..they haven't spread. So, I don't know.. what to think.

I have had the same sex partner for 9 months now. I have only had sex without a condom with 3 people (don't lecture me..I get it..) anyhow, I have noticed that I have 2 flesh colored bumps on my anus..on the out side of it. If I really had warts, then wouldn't my partner have them also by now? Or would my partners from past relationships who never wore condoms have them? THEY are not the gruesome looking type of warts, they are just normal like....skin colored raised warty bumps..I don't know how else to explain it. I also have a terrible yeast infection (I'm diabetic..I get them frequently) I wondered if this had anything to do with the bumps. My vagina does NOT have any type of warts or bumps, so if they were warts, wouldn't they have spread to my vagina by now? I have had these same bumps on my anus for months now (that I am aware of).

Please do NOT tell me to see a doc. I am going to, I am just trying to get some opinions and real answers.

I have taken Plan B twice in the last 2 1/2 weeks. I then got my period. THEN a week later I got another "period" or something that was almost like one. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex. I just was wondering if maybe the second period was the result of PLAN B or if it could mean implantation bleeding or pregnancy. Since we have had unprotected sex, if pre *** was the result of getting me pregnant, then what is this second or unexplained period all about?

I have just now gotten regular with my periods so I know this isn't something that just "happened" due to irregularity. I'm thinking it's because of PLAN B but I was just wondering if anyone had heard of this happening or might have any explanation.

Do not say...go to the doc. Obviously I will if this persists; just wanted to feedback from others.

Okay, my boyfriend and I have unprotected sex ( we are in a long distance relationship, so the last few weeks we have been together and of course you know what has happened); however, Feb 14th he "came" in me. I took plan B, 2 days later, I took plan B again (just to be safe after the other experience). Anyhow the rest of the week we "pulled out" (yes, I know pre *** can make you preg) anyhow that was just the method we decided to use. The next week, he traveled and came back. More love making only pulling out. I ended up getting my period on Feb 22nd. It finished around the 27th. So, I assumed I wasn't preg. Well, last night I began spotting. I have NEVER spotted after my period so I am fearing this is implantation bleeding. I took a test tonight (which came back neg) but I do realize that it is way too early to detect any such pregnancy. I was just wondering if there are any other common reasons I may be spotting after my period....OR if it sounds like a very high odd of being pregnant.

I am a 20 year old female. Also, DO NOT say go to the doc. I KNOW that.. I am just trying to hear suggestions to help me rationalize this situation. I appreciate any REAL information.

I am not on any form of birth control. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex for the last few weeks. Anyhow.. I had my period 12 days ago. Then last night I began spotting. I was wondering if this was implantation bleeding ( he didn't get off inside of me but there is always pre ***) anyhow..I just wondered how I could be preg. if I already had my period or if this could have been caused from getting pregnant on my periord. I have taken a test and it was neg. but I wasn't sure if it was too early to tell, so I was just wondering if there are any other reasons why someone might spot after their period.

DO NOT say get a check up..that is common sense. I am trying to just hear suggestions and fig. out for myself what might be going on before I take that route. Thank You!

Okay.... I have had unprotected sex for the past few weeks with my BF (we have a long distance relationship)...anyhow I ended up using Plan B two times (two weeks ago) then I got my period. Then last week we had unprotected sex...and last night I had spotting. I thought maybe implantation bleeding...but I just had my period...so I didn't know if it was an affect from the Plan B, or if my period is just messed up (when it has been irregular in the past) or if I could be pregnant. I am just confused because I just had my period. It ended like 5 days ago.

DO NOT say get a preg test. that is common sense.

I have a 1989 Gameboy - just because it has not been played in so many years, WHAT CAUSES the age to make it NOT work...like.. just because it has sat, and is in good condition, why would it not work? I just got rid of my razr. I have weak signal in the rural area which I live...but it was always enough to get me by. I could still have a regular conversation without losing service, but I just recently got a new phone. Today was my first night trying it out and (it is also snowing hard) and all the sudden I don't ..or barely have service. I am so frustrated.. I just HOPE that it is just the weather or something ..cuz I hate not having service. I hope someone can let me know whats up with this.

I am a 19 female. I have type 1 diabetes (for 10 years now). For the past 4-5 years I have been experiencing hair loss/ lots of shedding. I use to have the MOST THICK hair a girl could possibly have. Now days, it is SOOOO thin and rediculous. I have bad eating habits - don't eat much meat and lately my blood sugar hasn't been under the best control.. anyhow.. I just have no idea what could be causing my hair loss. I kinda think that it may be hormone related because I go through so many hot flashes/ dark patches of skin/ not regular menstrual cycles....things like that.. but I have also had my thyroid and iron tested and the levels are perfect.. so I don't know if I am just in need of a certain mixture of vitamins/minerals or if I need a hormone regulating type of pill. I am just soo upset.

Maybe someone has a few suggestions/answers.

Around the first week of December, when my boyfriend and I were having sex, it (out of the blue) became extremely painful and would bleed afterwards. The pain occured when he was entering me. It feels as if there is somthing that won't allow it to go in. (I'm in college) after a month of break, it is now January...not having sex for a month I thought would give it time to heal or...whatever is going on would be ok..but it's not. The pain is even worse. I can't even have sex. It is the most pain I have ever felt in my life. Then..I have been bleeding. I just had my period, but now I keep bleeding as if I am having my period again. I am so confused. I have no idea what this could mean or what is going on. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

My period has ALWAYS been on time...from 38-35 days. Well...the last period I had was Dec. 5th. I did have sex (without a condom) after that...so I began bleeding (lightly) around Dec. 20th. I thought instantly that it would be implantation bleeding. HOWEVER: On Dec. 13th, I had a shot of cortisone (because I am experiencing hair loss). There doesn't seem to be much info on cortisone..but I read somewhere where....it CAN possibly affect your period/hormones. But, it is now Dec. 27th and I am STILL bleeding. SEVEN days of light blood.. so I don't think that sounds like implantation bleeding (I thought it only lasts 2-3 days) so...does this bleeding sound like it is related to cortisone? ( Please do not tell me to see my doc) I am looking for OPINIONS) thanks:) I am just worried.

I am experiencing hair loss - so my derm. gave me a shot of cortisone. Well... last week.. I had sex without a condom with my bf.. (I have done this before and never feared pregnancy) anyhow...now I am having .. bleeding (I was afraid implantation bleeding - because my cycle has NEVER been off...it's always on time) but I heard that since cortisone is a sterioid..I was wondering if that could just be causing an irregular cycle..or.. if it is implantation bleeding. I have no idea really..so I'm confused and upset....so I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard if cortisone could mess with your cycle?

I am afraid that I might be pregnant. I started getting light bleeding about 1 day ago. But..it was like pink...then changed to a darker...newer kind of look....then it turned brown..now it's almost going on 2 1/2 - 3 days and.. it is looking darker red again..I don't know how long implantation bleeding is supposed to last....and I don't know what exactly it should look like. I am confused.

I have been freaking out for the past day ...well almost 2 days now. My period is due..about 10 days from now...and I am experiencing light bleeding. I had sex once without a condom last week.....I had done this before so me and my bf didn't think much of it..until I got the bleeding and now I am flipping out. So...how long does it last and what exactly should or does it look like?
