I've had an infection in my teeth for a couple months now, I was in the process of going to see an oral surgeon to have them extracted, but had to keep putting it off due to heart surgery. I finally got an appointment for the end of January(the earliest they could give me) and my regular dentist now refuses to write me another prescription for antibiotics. Can they do this? I don't think that they can extract teeth when they are infected. Now my face is the size of a softball and I'm really pissed at this dentist, I'm even considering switching.

Does anyone know a website where I can go to find out the outcome of particular lawsuits? I am going to be suing the bus company and when I spoke to the lady at the small claims court she told me they have been sued a lot of times before me. I would like to read about the cases so I know what to expect.

I am considering taking a bus company to small claims court for hitting my vehicle 4 months ago. It states that I can claim interest for property damage. Does anyone know the interest rate that I should apply? The damage was roughly $2,300. Also can I sue them for money for inconvienience and time and effort put forth trying to resolve this claim over the 4 month time period? This would be due to the fact that no one returns my calls/letters/ or faxes.
