I'm 6'1, 150lbs. 17 y/o. My workout routine consists of one day of biceps,triceps,delt,trap,forearm, and one day of chest and ab then repeat about 5-6 days a week. I don't really work legs but want to incorporate it.

Is there anything wrong with what I do? I always hear people saying to work one group per day and not workout much. How should i change my plan and what do you recommend?

Also I workout at home using a barbell, 50lb gripped plate, becnh, preacher bar, dumbbells, and pull up bar w/ trx and ab straps. I can't really go to a gym. Thank you so much for input

I heard the law profession is declining, but would getting my masters in History or PoliSci and then apply to become a professor be a bad choice? Would the salary be worth it?

The deltoids, biceps, triceps, and forearm muscles on my right arm are all bigger than the same muscles on my left. I work out equally, and I know the dominant arm is usually larger, but is this at all a problem and how could I fix it?

My itouch 2g is connected to the internet and the wifi is showing up, but when I go on the internet or mail or any app that uses internet it doesn't load and says its not connected, even though the signal icon shows in the upper left hand corner. What do i do.

PS I already reset my Network settings and didn't work. also my bros itouch 4g has the same problem.
