So i am cutting at 1900 calories a day and it would appear that i am only eating 1800 calories a day.

my breakfast is my biggest

3 whole eggs

fiber one original cereal (1 cup)

skim milk (1 cup)

turkey bacon (4 strips)

Turkey bacon has 30 calories per strip and 2 grams of protein and 2.5 grams of fat.

turns out I am not getting no where enough fat and about 5 grams less than my daily protein. I am thinking about adding 3 more turkey bacon strips. Or is this too much bacon?

I have heard as long as it fits into your macro thing all the time but unsure if this is wise.

I was at McDonalds and it was super crowded. So this guy wanted to get out and reversed. I did not react on time by honking and he backed up onto my car. He left a smear/scratch on the bumper. He and I got out and looked at the scratch and he apologized. So i let him go. Was this the right case scenario?

I just finished episode 5 where Dean and Sam fought two witch/warlock.

In episode 3, there was a monster named Amy who didn t kill anyone but her mom because she was evil. So Dean killed her assuming she will kill again one day.

But the two witch/warlock has killed probably hundreds and sure they had trouble trying to kill them, but Dean wasn t really holding it against them in the end almost as if he doesn t think its their fault they killed people.

There are so many inconsistencies in this show not just the part that i named. I don t even know why i watched it up to this point its not even that great of a show. It s not even scary anymore either.

When I think about it, someone who goes to college for 10 years to get their medical degree, becomes a surgeon general, makes a whooping 400,000 dollars a year.

But when you look at a NBA player, they made like 25 million dollars a year for throwing a ball into a basket. Sure they got talent, but does this talent greatly exceed that of surgery in a complex brain?

Does having talent playing basketball is truly more of a difficult task than running a country? (president). More than finding new revolutionary technology? What do you guys think?

Breakfast - 3 whole eggs scrambled, bowl of oatmeal, fruits, water

Lunch - choc milk, chicken breast 4oz on frying pan using only nonstick spray with light seasoning. white rice and veggies.

Dinner - 4 baked tilipia fish (they aren't breasts, but they are the sides of the fish), baked potatoe with no butter or oil, water.

Would these ways work?

1) eating him

2) stealing his soul

3) the flash or quicksilver running back in time to stop the healing factor

4) disintegration into specks of dust

Is it just me or do i find this task difficult.
