  • Advice on how to get a annoying/rude neighbor to stop?

There is this old Asian lady that lives in the 3rd floor of my condo, who picks up all kinds of soda cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles to sell to recycling centers. She earns some kind of salary, so she does it frequently, however, at that expense, she causes a lot of problems. She puts all these bottles in a bag and then afterwards when she sorts it out, she spills all the cans on the floor which causes a lot of the fluids from the bottles to come out, which brings a lot of bugs near my condo and the rotting scent of the bottles causes the air near the area where she sorts the bottles. The first time that I had a problem with her was when she tried to sort her bottles on the path to my drive way. I had to drive through her bottles to get in my driveway. The second problem was today. My dad woke up to the sounds of the bottles clanking constantly. He told her to stop because of the noise she was making and the smell, but she shrugged it off and continued to sort her cans. Should she cause any problems regarding the bottles from the noise she makes to the smell, is there any way I can legally sue, or even simply fine her?

I know that complaints would not work since she did not listen to my dad. My grandma even said that there was a lot of complaints filed on her, but regardless she ignored all the complaints and just continued to annoy the neighbors.

  • Planning to buy a kia optima SXL?

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a Kia Optima, and I have stumbled upon a website called www.truecar.com and it has cheaper prices for Kia Optimas. Is this for real? It seems too good of a deal and could be a scam. Mind if you guys tell me if these are trusted and how does it work if it isn't a scam?

For those people who knows of or is living in Pennsylvania. I'm currently living in New york, and will graduate this year from my High school. I have already planned to move to Pennsylvania to attend the Penn state university park, and I want to know if I can apply for a food stamp card. Thanks!
