Hi there, I have a puppy now who can go outside. He's a springer and loves to run. Lately I've had to run with him but he always comes back to me when I say "Bye Mylo" I can't be running with him when I've got problems with my knees and I need and operation.
Anyways, how can I train him to go off the leash? I mean he's a pulling dog but he panics when he cannot see me so?

I've got a new puppy now and he can sit and stay and fetch. I'm having trouble teaching him to lie down though. I've tried luring him but he's too focused on the treat. My uncle said to try shaping but it hasn't clicked and we've been doing it for weeks now! Has anyone got any suggestions?
