Biceps, shoulders, core, and then a 15 mile bike ride. All in one session

after bike rides my arms look skinny and after lifting my legs look skinny.

There's a lever in a BMW 325is 1994 and it says accel and decel

What are there purpose? and when should one use them?

In my past there has always been a lot of cycling and my legs are very muscular but my rear wheel broke about 5 months back and since then my exercises have focused mainly on my upper body.

But tomorrow my bike will be fixed (YEAH!) but what worries me is that my legs look strong but my upper body (compared to my lower body) looks almost childish.

After rides in the past my upper body would look slimmer so does heavy riding eat upper muscle? If so how does one prevent that from happening?

The terain I cover consist of mainly flatlands but also includes some steep hills.

Price was 350$ but is selling for 330$

The bike was made in Italy and is a steel frame
