Texas Alcohol Serving Question?
What are the legalities of serving full bottles of alcohol such as a bottle of Grey Goose? To my knowledge it would be illegal, but I cannot find any information on the TABC's website. Any help would be helpful, as a friend of mine is doing this at his bar and I don't want him to get in any trouble. He doesn't know how to run a bar, and I'm just trying to get a clear answer.

I would like to know the legalities of using an image of a pro athlete on a t-shirt for sale? I figure that it would be illegal to use somebody elses photographic work. But what about a sketch, ink work or some other rendering that was done through me or an artist that was working for me. I don't want to take any risks and have the MLB, NBA and NFL after me for not doing my homework.

What are the easiest places to start an online store at? I need something that will allow me customization of products, pricing and the ability to use credit cards. And something that has some sort of integration with quickbooks would be nice as well. I do not want to create a page from scratch nor do I want to pay someone else to build one for me, as I am trying to do a small online start up business for as little as possible. I also do not want to use ebay, not professional looking enough for my taste. I know I'm probably asking alot, but het it doesn't hurt to ask.

I was looking into making some t-shirts and wanted to use different athletes real names and such for the slogans and such. I obviously know I can't legally use any logos. But what are the legalities of using athletes names, and for that matter using the team names?
