I'm a young guy and I haven't had much experience with women. Been on a date or two and had some girls that I liked, but never really got anywhere. Honestly, I'm kinda shy and I have trouble approaching women in public or even talking to them. So I know that will hold me back, I've tried to change, but I really don't think changing myself will do any good for me in the long term. I don't really "go out" to places as I always feel awkward in social situations. I realize these traits of my personality will restrict the chances I get in my life. But I just really don't see myself meeting anyone that I could really connect with, and thats no offense to any single women out there. I don't think I'm ugly, but definitely not super attractive, something else that could hurt me down the line. So what do you think?

My girlfriend told me earlier today that an ex-boyfriend of hers showed up at her work and forced her into a bathroom stall and stuck his penis in her mouth. It made me sick when she first told me, but seeing as she was forced and didn't want to do it, I forgave her. I have been with my girlfriend for about 8 months now, and we have a great relationship. She says she is very much in love with me, and I feel the same. We haven't had any problems so far yet, smooth sailing pretty much. Now before this relationship, my past experiences had been pretty hurtful. I had been led on, lied to, and all that bad stuff, but things that most people go through, but they still hurt nonetheless. I can't get over the feeling that my girlfriend is not really out looking for someone else, but hoping one might come along. I think she said a few months ago that she went out with me because she wouldn't find anyone else, but she said she didn't look at me as a last resort, I never really did figure that out all the way. Sometimes I get the feeling that she is with me only because there isn't anyone else for her, or thats what she says at least. But if I ask her this, she'll think I don't love or trust her, or think that I don't want it to work out. I guess the reason I ask is because I'm not used to being treated like she does to me, which is very well. I really find it hard to believe that she loves me as much as she says she does. I mean, there isn't anything that special about me, I'm not very good looking or do I consider myself fun, I don't have a great job and I'm pretty shy. She tends to go to parties a lot and drinks most of the time, which makes me nervous because she might forget about me and do something with some other guy. How can I avoid being insecure?

I attend an online university and am enrolled in a software systems engineering program. I have found that I don't particularly like the online learning environment and I don't think its for me. I realize that school isn't easy, but I don't think for one moment that I have enjoyed taking the courses that I have been taking. Don't get me wrong, I like computers, but I'm not so sure I want a career in the computer field. So, the only question I really have is what would you do if you were me? And can you maybe give me some suggestions on what I could try? I like to work with my hands with things I can actually touch. Thank you.

Her and I had sex 8 days ago. I used a condom, and my penis never came in contact with her vagina without a condom on. I checked it during intercourse and it looked fine. I have a friend whos parents have lied about her age. She is really 18, but for some reason or another her parents have documents that say she is 14. They have her original birth certificate that says she is 18, but for whatever reason they chose to lie about it. Probably just to control her. How would someone go about getting this straightened out? Would you have to go to court over it?

Hello, everyone. I am 20 years old and my girlfriend is 18, her and I love each other very much. She has told me numerous times she wants to be with only me and she wants to be with me forever, as I do, too. I cannot imagine myself without this girl. But her parents are so controlling, they don't like her being with guys, like myself. Everytime we hang out, I always have to leave earlier than I would like because she doesn't want her parents to find out. I don't want to find out either, but it's so hard. From what I've heard from her, her father seems like a good guy, and I don't really have a problem with him. Her mom is the one that abuses her and belittles her just to make her feel bad. Her and I were actually keeping our relationship secret for a while, not from everyone, just her parents. But I knew they would find out eventually, as they did yesterday. We were watching the 4th of July fireworks, and unfortunately both her parents found out. So God knows what they're doing to her now. That leads into another problem. I know she has had a bad past with relationships and everything. She even told me she's been raped twice. I'm not sure if thats why or not, but her parents have lied about her age for several years now. They actually have documents that say she is 14 years old. She says she doesn't know why they would do that, and she hates it. I mean, she really is 18, not 14, so don't say I'm going out with a minor. She is 18. But its so hard and it kills me that I can't do anything about it. I don't want to leave this girl and she wants to stay with me, but her parents just won't let go. I mean, they have to eventually right? They can't hold her forever. Another problem is that they have blocked me from texting or calling her at all, so I can't even tell her I love her and want to stay. I know this is a lot, but if you read the whole thing, your a good person. What can I do?

When you go in to renew when it's about to expire, do they take a new photo of you? I was curious because the picture I have sucks and barely looks like me anymore. Do I need any other documents when I renew?

I need to write a formula in Excel to calculate commission. Let me give you an example. Fred is a sales employee and made $4,500 in sales, which has a 12.5% commission rate. But I also have to compare it to an hourly rate. He worked 30 hours that week and has a pay rate of $10 an hour. Whichever is higher is the pay that Fred gets. I need to write a formula that will figure this out. Anyone got any ideas?

I usually get an error code 646 when I'm trying to install updates. What I usually do is go to the Microsoft Downloand Center and manually install the updates. That works for just about every update that won't install on its own. But now I'm having trouble with one update. It's a security update for 2007 Microsoft Office. When I try to install the update myself, it always says the installation has failed. I tried disabling the firewall and turning off virus protection. It still does not work. My computer is a Dell Inspiron laptop. This is the only update that has given me problems. Any ideas to get this one installed?

I have a Savage model 64 in .22 LR. I have heard that people have problems with hollow point ammo jamming in their rifles. Does all hollow point ammo do this? Does anyone have a semi auto that does feed hollow points well? Thanks for your time.

My front disc brakes make strange sounds when I'm just about to come to a stop. It's not a grinding sound, more like a dry, creaking noise. The brakes work totally fine but the sound is just annoying. It seems like whenever the brakes are wet they still work fine and they don't make the noise. They've been like that for a while now and I was wondering what I could do to stop the noise. Or is just something thats come about from my driving habits? I don't ride the brakes hard nor do I use them heavily and I'm just wondering what causes the noise. Thanks for your help.

I asked this question a few days ago. I drive a 2002 malibu and the check engine light came on from the gas cap. I took it to the repair shop and the mechanic told me the same thing. The next few days the light was not on, but then just last sunday i went to go get gas. As i pulled into the station the light was not on. After filling up and making sure the cap clicks three times, the light came back on. This question is aimed at you Mad Jack, you said the same happened to your malibu. Did it ever happen again? I did buy a new cap just in case the old one was faulty. I know there isnt anything wrong with my car but that check engine light is soo annoying. I drive an 02 Chevrolet Malibu. Last week, the check engine light came on and I took it to the repair shop since it needed an oil change anyway. He said it was the gas cap, and thats what I thought as well. Just yesterday, I went to go fill up and after I was finished the light came back on again. I made sure the gas cap clicked three times when I tightened it, but the light stays on. Now I havent driven it since then but I heard it may take a few trips for it to turn off. Or does mine need to be replaced? thanks for any help
