Can anyone tell me rough estimates for the cost to see each one per session? I know what the different between a psychiatrist and psycologist is.... But what is the difference between psycologist and a therapist? I know psycology is a 4 year degree and they cannot prescribe medication, but what exactly is considered to be a therapist? Is it just another name for a psycologist?

I just turned 19 and about a month ago I received a letter regarding whether or not I wanted to keep my health insurance going through my fathers policy. I threw it out because I didn't consider it to be an option since it was $310 a month. Now my employer is going to pay the $310 a month, but I can't figure out how to enroll. I called up my insurance company but they can't help, I called up my fathers employer and they told me to call a company called ceridian health which was a completely automated service but I did find a selection to re-enroll my benefits, so I did, but that didn't work since I picked up a prescription a few days later and it was at full cost. I have alot of back problems and I need insurance! Can someone please give me a suggestion here.
