I was told yesterday by my GP that an enlarged heart I've had for the past 5years was due to old age,I am 56,this was told by the same GP who told my neighbour pains she was having whede due to old age,two weeks later she found out from another doctor zhe had cancer, I also has angina and COPD any suggestions what I should do thanks for reading.

Could any one tell me if an adjoining property is suppose to receive notification of planning permission

this regards a house backing onto mine which has just been demolished to make way for a new house,but none of the neighbours in the area where notified by N.I planning service, and the first anyone knew was yesterday when a digger pulled the house down and the contractors then proceeded to burn every scrap of wood and anything else that would burn in the middle of the back garden.

Does anyone think it is acceptable to find a Vein or small piece of Artery in your food, recently was eating a Fray Bentos steak and kidney pie and found this, although it was only 1/2 inch or so, my local environmental health officer tells me its acceptable as its part of the meat,in my opinion it should have said steak, kidney and vein on the tin then. Any opinions?

I was told I had COPD almost a year ago now,and have been to the docs several times in between,and the only treatment I have been given was a few Ventolin inhalers and last week a bottle of codeine linctus for a cough,which I thought was wrong as I need to cough to clear my lungs.I find it difficult to breathe most of the time its like someone holding a towel over my mouth,but he told me an X ray I had a few weeks back had no change from the first one at the hospital. Should I be asking for different treatment, and if so what treatment ,or is this as good as it gets.

Hi all does anyone know where I could download the Android operating system for my mini notebook,

I have checked most of the sites on google and they turn out to be Android apps but no os, I had this on my notebook but changed to Windows CE thinking it would work better with WIFI, but it didn't.

Hoping someone can help, I installed windows ce on my mini notebook thinking the Android 2.2 os was still on the other partition but I have lost it. Would anyone know where I could download the Android os to reinstall it

Hi all I was told I had COPD a year ago and up to now have been given nothing but Steritide and Ventolin inhalers my condition has gotten worse over the past year as most of the day I am struggling to breathe can anyone tell me what I should be asking for as my doctor does have a bit of a reputation for being useless I live in the UK

Apart from salbutamal inhalers is there any other treatment for COPD, this useless Doctor of mine keeps giving me these inhalers and they are no use at all, I am going tomorrow to see another doctor in the same practise and would like something to help me breathe
