(Lafayette Hill, PA – 03/03/09) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama's lack of Constitutional "qualifications/eligibility" to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending, Berg vs. Obama [2 cases – 1 under seal] and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al announced today that he is concerned that in addition to Obama not following the Constitution, Article II, Section I, by not being Constitutionally qualified/eligible to be President now Obama is “limiting” the 2nd Amendment through his Attorney General Eric Holder who has quietly introduced legislation to curtail ownership of guns by individuals throughout our United States.

My commute to work is 1.5 hours each way and I tend to look for bumper stickers to break up the time. I have noticed that there has been a significant drop in the number of cars with Obama stickers on them in my area. I saw only 4 today on my ride. Are you seeing the same thing where you are?

We conservatives should no longer support the people putting us out business. Let them come up with their own way to earn a living.

Do you believe that the measure of a country should be how we treat our children, seniors and sick? We can support our sick and seniors but only on the backs of the children. How about how well our children support their seniors while helping the sick? or how well our government makes incentives to our children to support our seniors and sick? or how well our government makes currency that holds or grows it value so seniors can support themselves and help children support the sick.

What if the American people woke up and understood that the official reasons for going to war are almost always based on lies and promoted by war propaganda in order to serve special interests?

What if we as a nation came to realize that the quest for empire eventually destroys all great nations?

What if Obama has no intention of leaving Iraq?

What if a military draft is being planned for the wars that will spread if our foreign policy is not changed?

What if the American people learn the truth: that our foreign policy has nothing to do with national security and that it never changes from one administration to the next?

What if war and preparation for war is a racket serving the special interests?

What if President Obama is completely wrong about Afghanistan and it turns out worse than Iraq and Vietnam put together?

The bankers BS a ton of people into a scam and it failed but we can't give them enough money fast enough. The big 3 which are basically the last big unions in the private sector just screwed up but are being killed by bailout banks not lending money for their products while our Democrat leaders berate them over their union contracts. If we can pay the con men why can't we pay the common man? More jobs on the line for the big 3 then the middle men con artists on wall street. We will continue to adapt these liquidity facilities as necessary and will keep them in place as long as circumstances require.

Actions by the Federal Reserve include: (1) an increase in the size of the 84-day maturity Term Auction Facility (TAF) auctions to $75 billion per auction from $25 billion beginning with the October 6 auction, (2) two forward TAF auctions totaling $150 billion that will be conducted in November to provide term funding over year-end, and (3) an increase in swap authorization limits with the Bank of Canada, Bank of England, Bank of Japan, Danmarks Nationalbank (National Bank of Denmark), European Central Bank (ECB), Norges Bank (Bank of Norway), Reserve Bank of Australia, Sveriges Riksbank (Bank of Sweden), and Swiss National Bank to a total of $620 billion, from $290 billion previously.

Your forgetting that Congress gave the federal bank the authority and they did it anyways. You don't have a say in this, you only get the bill. Please notice how much of your tax dollars are going overseas.

Obama has taken a sure thing to a campaign that needs "hope" to survive. How many Democrats want to "CHANGE" the vote they made. Unless his campaign manager treats him like Michelle, will it be one more week or two?
