I'm interested in knowing how locals in Bern everyday ? School/work ? And how different is it like living in urban areas in Bern rather than the rural areas ?

I'm doing a research on Zurich & Bern and i do understand that they have their own local dialects. But how different are these two dialects ? If i speak a zurich german will a Bern local be able to understand me ? are they different in terms of spelling, how its spoken ?

R: Regio (Regionalzug) : what is Regio rail mean ? what does it mean that it stops at all station ? All station within where exactly ?

S: S-Bahn/RER (Commuter train): same as Regio, but organized as a network around the major cities, with several lines and generally more frequent service. what does this mean ? how its it different than IC & ICN ?

RE: RegioExpress what does this mean ?

IR: InterRegio what does this mean ?

IC: InterCity: i know this stops at major cities but any further details ?

ICN: InterCity Tilting Train what is a tilting train ? and how different is it from IC ? (duration,distance?)

I'm doing a project on Switzerland rail travel and will be travelling within Switzerland only. What type of rail is the most suitable if i want to travel to Bern from Zurich and from Bern to Geneva ?

I'm a 15 year old who weights 49kg.Fats are really bulging in my arm,thighs and that i have a great figure but the fats in my belly sticks out. This is really embarrassing for me especially when i wear sleeveless clothing's,shorts and t-shirts . How do I lose weight and burn off fats?
