I hate the sound of my voice in my head. I know many people who hate the sound of their voice recordings but... Am I the only one who thinks they sound horrendous to themselves as well?

I m driving my friend to this concert, and she wants her friend that I don t like to come with us... Should I let her friend come or say no? This girl has bullied me in the past and I m definitely not obligated to do her any favors, but I m not good at saying no and would actually feel bad saying no and I don t want her friend to hate me even more than she already does...What do I do

I'm writing a book where some people are slaves, and they have dark skin, and those enslaving them have light skin. however, it's not supposed to be a statement on race really, and it's not based on Africans or Americans. I'm just wondering if people might take it the wrong way. Would you have an issue with this?

I feel like I love you is so overused especially on social media by teens and I know of so many people who say it about their boyfriends/girlfriends but then they go back and tell their friends how they actually don't love them and all the problems they have and this happens with friends too and I just don't get why everyone has to say things they don't mean and why this has suddenly become so popular.

So I m a teen girl in college and I only have like one guy that I would actually consider my friend. i have plenty of girl friends, but I m just wondering why I don t seem to connect with guys. I would say I m average looking, nice, sometimes considered quiet but not afraid to make conversation. I just feel like I have nothing in common with any guys and I struggle to think of things to say if I m in a conversation with them. Oh I don t really like watching sports or common boy subjects like that, though I am an athlete. Please help me, I ve never had a boyfriend and I feel like I just don t get guys at all even if I try they don t like me.

Ok so my computer popped up a message saying that my computer probably has a virus and to call a "Microsoft certified tech support office" at a given number. I know nothing about computers and my parents aren't here so I called the number and now I'm freaked out that the number I called could be a hacker even though the person seemed professional and in the end basically said I should take it to Home Depot. However if you could tell me that I did not make a fatal mistake in calling this number and letting some random person mess with my computer that would be awesome. So one day this girl On my swim team who doesn't go to my school asked me if I got all A's because I seemed smart. Then my coach asked me what I wanted to do in college and I said I wanted to do engineering and she said "oh, that will be a good job for you, you're smart." My question is why do people who really don't know me assume I'm smart? I always act so dumb so I have no idea why they think I'm smart. Does this happen to anyone else?
