So from my previous questions i have stated i have raised my daughter who is now 5 on my own with the help from my current boyfriend who i have been with since much daughter was born. my babies father has only been in her life since she was 3 off and on nothing steady and huge gaps between visits and he is behind on child support that's not a big deal to me but he does not contribute anything and i never keep her from him. this last time he vanished for 5 months so i put my foot down and told him he was only able to see her with me or his mother because my daughter is comfortable with her he argued and said no he wants her alone and treated to take me to court. im guessing he thought about that for a bit and decided to work other out with me so i let him have her with his mom for dinner we had a meeting place and time schedule for me to get her at 8:30. now here is my problem 8:30 comes around and i am there to pick her up and he is not there i call and 8:40 and he said they are still there and i need to deal with it so i ended up picking her up from place they were eating then when i get there she tells me she met her dads girlfriend and that she is going to be my step mom it concerns me that she does not even have a relationship with her father and when i try to talk to him he it very disrespectful and tells me i can't control him when i don't so that i simply tell him he needs to build a relationship with her first before involving other women. sorry its long am i overreacting???? what should i do????

So how does everyone feel about the father of your child bring around his girlfriend if he has not been in his daughters life i think he should get to know her first before bringing around a girlfriend. am i overreacting about this?

My daughters father is taking me to court and is telling them she is exposed to domestic violence in my home with is completely false. I know that is one of the big things they look at so i feel he has nothing else to use against me so he is lieing. Can he get in trouble for giving false information?? and how will they check into that i have nothing to hide me and my boyfriend fight sometimes buy there is never any abuse involved with us or my daughter???

He has only been in her life since she was 3 off and on and large gaps between visits he owes alot of back pay child support and is currently is 6 months behind in payments he has been to jail for not attending court for traffic violations twice and does not ever keep a steady job. what do you think the court will award him? i am worried i am a very good mom and love my daughter so much :(

My daughters father left me when i was a month pregnant i was alone through everything. I met my boyfriend now when my daughter was three months and she is now almost 5 and we are still together and he loves her like his own and takes great care of her. Then on my daughters 3rd birthday her father called and wants to see her i give him that chance even though it upset my boyfriend we let him come around. It was ok at first then it turned into not seeing her at all now its Been 6 months since he has seen her and he calls out of the blue saying he wants to take her on his days off and he has changed this is very hard for me and causes problems for me and my boyfriend he is being understanding but i know it hurts him what should I do??? sorry its long

I love my boyfriend we have been together for a long time he is always there for me and has been there for my daughter as well and loves her so much. We both want to make it work but we have been through alot and have so much anger and dishonesty towards eachother and causes us to fight so much can you fix a broken relationship even after there is little trust left? If so any suggestions how?

I have been with my boyfriend for four years now he does so much for me and is always there for me he has helped me raise my daughter as well like it was his own child. The other day I saw his facebook on his phone and he was talking with another girl and saying very personal stuff and telling her how special she is and she replied back with the same kind of stuff. Then there were text messages from her saying she loved him. I talked to him about it all he said was he was sorry and she is nothing to him that she was just a friend and was trying to make her feel better cause she just divorced her husdand and then he got upset with me and said I was overreacting please what should I do I need advice thank you
