I have a horrible time both falling asleep at night and waking up feeling alert in the morning. Of course,I figured the morning problem was a direct result of the night problem.

I have found 3mg of Melatonin, an hour before bed,has me sleeping much better. I also am on day 2 of taking St Johns Wort for depression,and take a GNC multi vitiman I've cut out caffeine and am trying to get healthier,am absolutely miserable in the morning though. Even once I am up for a few hours I still feel like I just work up. Any serious suggestions? Not looking for jokes or snide comments,I just want my life back. Thanks in advance for any help.

I won last week with the same starting line up,except I had Farve starting at QB and Chris Perry I had starting instead of Morris. Just picked up Cassel and Morris this week along with Pittman. Figured I'd try Cassel out this week against a just 'ok' Jets D...even with Cassel out we(the Patriots) have a good D,which makes me nervous starting Farve...and Perry is going to get better,think for now Morris is a safer bet. Your opinions? Just want to get some objective points of view...I'll make sure I check back to pick a best answer.

Should have known I wouldn't be able to stop at 10!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the calorie count in the 2 dishes I'm going to list...also if anyone has tried them, which one I should go for!

-Baked Tortellini & Chicken Gratinati Tri-colored cheese tortellini with grilled chicken, cream, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano, brick oven-baked and sprinkled with diced plum tomatoes.

-Rigatoni Abruzzi Roasted peppers and sweet Italian sausage in a mildly spicy tomato sauce.

First of all I filed through Turbotax. My Fed got approved and the State got rejected because of something to do with the new healt insurance part of it(I don't have any). I tried resubmitting 4 days ago and still have not received an email telling me weather they are sending me my money or they got rejected(took about day to get the email last time). I printed them out...will it screw anything up if I mail them to? Do I need to do anything to the forms besides sign them? Have tried emailing turbotax but still have gotten no answer. What do I do?

I just got laid off and need to come up with my car insurance payment. Can weights(have a bunch of 10,and 25lbs plates) be sold to scrap metal dealers? Guess they must be iron(ala pumping iron) How much weight do I need to be worth it? Only thing I have besides a printer/scanner/copier I can get rid of and my payment is due in 4 days...didn't pay last month so if I don't make something happen I'm getting cancelled! Has a tooth pulled the other day and the Dr found a lump he was worried about and suggested getting a biopsy ASAP. Does stuff like this usually end up being nothing? I'm kinda stressed so I hope the results come back quick! Is there a lot of pain involved the next day(I have a b day party I have to attend). I'm a complete wimp when it comes to pain so I'm hoping to get percocet like they gave me for the extraction so I KNOW I'll be ok pain wise. Think thats a possibilty? Got my appoint tomorrow at 2.
