Pain has been for a year constant. Last week They did and MRI the specialist looked at it for two minutes and said it was fine. They put some dye in there did a second MRI and all they could see was radio Lucent pocket towards the skin he couldn t explain he asked me if it was where the dye was injected but it wasn t it was on the back and they injected from the front. He basically told me the pain was in my head?! I am a 30 yo female my jobs have always been physical and lifting and usually upwards of 38hrs a week. My shoulder is week I did 6 weeks of physio but now need to do more physio as the pain is so severe and I really don t want to take pain killer Panadol and anti inflammatories long term. Wondering about dynamic instability, tendon tears, impingement-secondary but would this not show up on an MRI?. My current rountine panadol/codeine tablets , diclofenac tablets, anti inflammatory cream, heat packing with wheat bag , stretches and yoga. Just at the end of the plank!! I have an Maxtor One Tuch HD 500gb, wanting to erase all data off it but can't seem to. Any way to do this? I have mac computers, running MS Mavericks and the HD has both Mac and Windows Data on it but cannot edit the data on drive. Any Idea how to??

She is moody when in the squeeze of higher up and lower down and she is quite rude amd unprofessional to me, she rolls her eyes and complains about me in an earshot. I do not see her do it to the others. I feel I am more sensitive and chilled then others and easy to yell at. I love this job so much and have worked towards it my whole career. I do ot want to rock the boat with her boss as she has been here for over 8 years but i do not feel i should have to tolerate this crap at work. What is a diplomatic way to deal with this?

I moved to a new city 2 years ago and stopped drinking, I have two friends but would like more that will do stuff like brunch etc. I was only really social when I drink and very shy and awkward when I did not drink. I get so scared I freeze up and I feel like I am not living life at all. I get depression and anxiety by can't really afford drs or councillor. I think people think I am a snob but I actually am so worried etc. Help?

i have been in my career for several years and have worked very hard to get to where i am. Recently a new grad has joined our team and i am finding it very difficult to deal with her. She is very pushy, bossy and is sure she knows alot more than me. She is only a few years younger than me. She is horrified to learn i may be earning more than her even though i have several years of practical experience and the same diploma as her plus years of post diploma courses and asked meinfront of our students what i earn very inappropriate. She is very bossy, rude and competitive and thinks i know nothing so treats me like a 12yo. We work together constantly and i want to strangle her all of that time. Any suggestions to make her less stranglable? The rest of my job and learning if fantastic. I think this is her second job in the industry.

I have sensitive, yet oily, blackhead covered skin with sparse acne. I am wanting a good skincare regime that does not cost the earth. I have tried proactive but had an allergic reation to the benzoyl peroxide so i need to be careful with ingredients but I need something that works!! I have be in pain since March, finally got an MRI yesterday, still waiting on results for at least 9 more days. I'm on DHC and was given morphine as an option but it made me VERY sick. Now have to try to get through a 35 hour working week next week as I need the money for my treatment etc. My Left leg is numb alot of the time and it is extremely painfull just to stand. I try and do light exercise and keep heat on it, not pick up anything heavy. I'm still waiting on a diagnosis but the Drs are thinking herniated disc. my job is very active and everyone at work thinks I'm better as I will lose my job otherwise. Any idea how to get through next week? My Dr's are not helping at all. Also sleep is very difficult as any way I lie is painful so the pain keeps me awake.
