Discombobulated

My patient has CHF and renal insufficiency. I need to write two nursing diagnoses for fluid volume overload and two on hyperkalemia. I want to make sure these are correct....here is what I have

1. Risk for fluid volume overload as evidenced by edema in the lower extremities secondary to renal insufficiency.

2. Risk for impaired gas exchange related to decreased pulmonary function as evidenced by crackles in the lungs secondary to hypervolemia.

3. Risk for dysrhythmia secondary to hyperkalemia.

4. Risk for skin breakdown related to immobility as evidenced by skeletal muscle weakness secondary to hyperkalemia.

Any help would be most appreciated!!!!!

I am having a major problem with my laptop. XP wont start normally or in safe mode. The drive is too full I am thinking because before this happened, I had less than 49% of my drive empty. I recently installed an update and my laptop crashed. Will not start normally and safe mode freezes then reboots in normal mode which then gives me the BSOD and reboots again. I have my XP PRO CD...how can I format my drive and start fresh?

I installed a Kodak camera program about a month ago. Had same problem. Son was able to remove kodak driver and everything went back to normal. I just got a thingie that stated I needed to install a windows update and an adobe security update. Computer was running horrible so I did a system restore to a date in July. I now am unable to start XP and I get the BSOD...constantly restarts! I then went to try to boot into safe mode to undo my restore....safe mode freezes!!! HELP!!! What can I do to get my laptop up and running again. I don't have the money to take it in to have it fixed!!!!!

I am looking for the recipe for corn starch pudding that used to be on the Argo Corn Starch Box. I have looked on the Argo website and have searched through old time cookbooks....would anybody have possibly written it down in their cookbook! My great grandmother used to give this to me when I was sick....
