I interviewed and qualified for a position but also had another job hopeful lined up for interview the next day. Job A wants me to start immediately but I told them I also had an obligation with another interviewer (job B) the following day. I interviewed with job B and it went really well and they wanted to offer more money. They said they would call back Monday with the decision. No call yet but Job A called this morning wanting me to start.....what should I do???

We have had our condo on the market for 10 months now. There are still new units (8) available in the complex. For the first 7 months our realtor was "the" realtor for the complex. In December and January we noticed 6 new units were sold. These units are smaller than ours and we were offering our larger unit for the same price $131000. Well we found out that our realtor had hidden incentives on the other units ($1500 buyer agent bonus, 3% closing costs.) Well our realtor showed our place during that time several times but no offers. She didn't even tell us about the incentives on the other units. We would have matched. Well we were so pissed off we dropped her and went with another agent. Shortly after, our old realtor lowered the price of the new units to $119,000!!! Now she is killing the value of our units along with everyone one elses in the complex. Can she do that???

We put our condo up for sale in july 09. Our agent is also the head agent for the complex. We waited and waited patiently with little to no showings. In Oct our real estate agent sold one of the units. No big deal there wil be another. By Feb 5 other units sold. 2 of those units are within a few doors from ours....all new units and priced within our range.

Now, the good parts. Our realtors husband had been doing the upgrades on most of the units (she also owns and rents a unit in the complex). Out of those six units that sold, 4 of them were sold by our agent. Here's the catch....they were all units that were upgraded by her husband AND none of the buyers were shown our unit!!!! I asked them....WTF???!!!

I am so disgusted and I feel like we wasted 8 months sitting around for nothing. WHat should I do? What can i do?

We have had our condo on the market for 7 months now. Our realtor has only brought a total of 3 people and other realtors have brought 5 for a total of 8 in 7 months!!!! Now for the best part...3 units have sold in our complex but those 3 buyers never even saw our place. Our place is a rare model with a better view, parking spot, more sun, updated appliances and bigger square footage. The places that sold were only $2000 less than our place!! Is something wrong with this picture?

I have been working as a Supervisor at Goodwill for 3 months now and it has been a disaster! The store manager has no idea what he is doing and can not run a successful business. He has been rude to me and disrespectful. I decided to apply for a position at a car dealership as a auto detailer (something I've always wanted to do)...the pay is a dollar less but still in my range. They (the dealer) want me to start right away (Monday)...should I just leave Goodwill and start on Monday?

P.S. I'm not the kind of person to just leave a job but they have no respect towards me why should I give them any

I bought a 2001 VW Passat w/ manual with only 55K miles on it. I use it mostly for city driving. It drives very smoothly when I shift gear but yesterday i got onto the freeway and noticed that when I shift from 4th to 5th the Rpms actually rev slighly higher in 5th. It also feels kinda rough (can feel it in the pedals) as if its not fully shifting to 5th. Should I bring it back to the dealer?

Reason why I ask is...I bought a new car in Feb. but apparently after I signed the papers I was not approved for an addition $2000 discount so I wound up owing the dealer $2000. I've been paying the dealer here and there on the side to pay it down. A few weeks ago in August I decided to trade in the vehicle (car was worth more than I owed) for a cheaper vehicle. Do I still owe the dealer the money even though once the original vehicle is traded in the contract is null?

Today seemed pretty normal when suddenly at work I became very dizzy...i sat down in the office then it seemed to get worse. I stood up and from the top of my head to my arms i felt fuzzy (not quit numb), my heart was pounding but no pain and i thought i would faint. My co workers got me some gatorade thinking i was dehydrated, which seemed to help but 20 minutes later i went home feeling the same thing coming on. ive been home for 4 hours now and i still feel a little dizzy. I didnt break a sweat nor did i have chest pain. I'm a 30 year old male, have a few back problems but thats it. What could it be?

I worked with Rite AId for 2 years as an Assistant Manager. I was terminated due to the company downsizing. I have been collecting unemployment for 2 months. Rite Aid rejected my unemployment now and says that I quit. I did not quit. Now the state wants me to return the money...should I take Rite Aid to court on this? I called Rite Aid HR and they couldn't comment on it. WTF? What do I do....?

I don't care if I offend anyone but I think it is for TV ratings. So many of these "reality" shows all have the same theme.

At the same time I was purchasing a new car I was also in the middle of getting a loan with my bank. I got approved for the new car thru my bank with the condition of $3000 to put down. I told the dealer that my bank said they would have us approved by the following week. THe next week rolls around and the bank denied the loan( yes the same bank that approved a $24,000 car loan denied a $5000 home equity line of credit). Now the dealer wants their money and I'm having an extremely hard time getting any loans from banks. What do I do? They can't take the car back because I've already paid the first month on it. Any thoughts, rants about how awful the banks are right now?

My wife and I have 2 car loans both with about $6,000 negative equity. We also have about $6000 in credit card debt we want to pay off. We have a condo worth $133,000 and owe $95,000 on it. My idea is to get a loan for about $30,000, trade in one of the cars at the same time buy a new car with better value then pay off the credit cards. Is this a wise decision? What loan would be best?

Just the other day I was going through old paperwork and found that I had a 401k for Easy Spirit (owned by Jones Group NY) shoes back in 1997-2000. I never collected it. All three stores I worked for closed down. Do I still get this money?

I don't get it. I thought it was a standard SAE 1/2 but nope. I have a bad feeling it's metric. I don't want to buy a set of metric if I don't have too. It doesn't make sense to me considering every other bolt on the car is standard. Does GM mix both standard and metric?

I am having a hard time with this. I have a heavy duty 2.5 ton floor jack and jack stands. If I lift by the axle it does not allow me to remove the tire because it does not have clearance from the well. If I lift from the frame it lifts the body away from the tire but not the tire off the ground. The front was easy. By the way I'm changing the shocks.

1972 Dodge Dart Swinger? I want to lift the back about 3 inches but cant find any brands that use a air compressor to lift and lower. Am I crazy or do they make such a thing? My 79 Trans Am has em.

She went for her usual grooming, an hour later we get a phone call saying they accidently cut her tongue. Then when we arrived they tried to say she licked the scissors. It is cut pretty bad. It looks like about a 1/4 of her tongue is split open. They also offered no treatment such as stitches, or a fusing. The in house Vet acted as if she did not want to deal with it. What should we do? Her tongue will never be the same.

I'm sure its not but it sounds very much like it is. Any help before my brain explodes.

I think he's so knee deep in endorsements that he doesn't realize he has no game.
