    What are the differences between the 2nd and 3rd editions of By the People: Debating American Government by James Morone?

    I have to have this book for college, but, like many college students, I'm trying to save as much money as I can. I really need the answer to this because I get paid on Friday, but I start school on Monday.     So, it said that if a person checks out $50 or more worth of items you get free shipping (which I did), but when I checked out I had to pay about $13 for shipping/handling and $7.30 for tax... Why? They didn't even apply the promo code that I used (yes, I actually applied it).

  • How much makeup should a 16 year old wear?

    I'm 16 (almost 17) and I just want to know different opinions about how much makeup a 16 year old should wear. I already wear makeup (I sometimes look like a drag queen to those who know nothing about drag makeup (I don't wear a lot of makeup; I wear bold makeup at times)).     Piercing question! Please HELP!?

    I got my nose pierced on February 13 of 2015. I first changed my nose ring on Sunday. After changing it, it was a little sore; it was fine for the most part. After a few days I noticed that it started to puss up a little (white puss) and I looked around to see if there was something wrong but all the answers were for new piercings. The night before I noticed the change I slept in makeup (I was immensely tired... Don't judge). The nose ring I got was from Shopmissa.com. I will have a picture of my nose. Please help; could it be infected after 9 months of healing?
