I have pretty bad PMDD. I want to get my tubes tied but am really worried my PMDD will get worse. I have heard horror stories. I am 32, almost 33 with 3 boys. I ABSOLUTELY do not want any more children. I want to hear positive and negative outcomes after having your tubes tied. And please don't advise me on other birth control- pills and NuvaRing make my PMDD worse, the Depo shot gives me migraines, diaphragms and condoms are uncomfortable and don't have a high enough efficacy rate for my comfort, and after my third son was born I tried an IUD, which had to be surgically removed from my intestines. I am married and we are both sure we don't want any more kids. My husband has offered to get a vasectomy but I would like to take care of it myself, that way I NEVER have to worry about it again, no matter what happens.

What's your feedback on married couples having their own bedrooms? Helpful or hurtful to the relationship? Does anyone have personal experience to share?

Honestly, I weaned him three months ago but any time he is near me, the hand goes in my shirt and he pinches my nipple like crazy. The only thing I can do is not hold him or let him near me. He is 20 months. Help? It is REEEEEEEALLY annoying.
