Can a person with Essential Tremor qualify for SSDI?

I bought a muzzle loader some months ago and fired it twice before I had a faIl to fire condition. I tried to extract the ball with no success. I tried to remove the breech plug with no success.

My last hope is to try to remove the breech plug, but I just can't get it to budge. Traditions no longer maqkes a replacement barrell. So, My questions are; 1. Could this be the result of dehydrated oils ( either protective, like cosmoline, or manufacturing coolant since it was made in 1993)? 2. could it be that it was created with a cross thread interlock with the fire channel tube. 3. What are your best opinions as to how to resolve the situation?

Can a person in Michigan who has their Driver License revoked as a habitual offender (DUI) get a Concealed Carry Permit?

Ok, so in 2004, I got a ticket for parking on the street on garbage day. I didn't pay it. I now live 300 miles away. Last week, I got a letter from the court saying that if I didn't appear in person and pay the fine in cash my license would be suspended.

Can they do this? after 8 years? In Michigan

I am writing this for a friend, here is the situation. His child was kidnapped by the mother. Several years later there were allegations of abuse. He (the father) traveled from Illinois to New york on a regular basis, eventually obtaining custody.

Immediately after getting custody he brought the child back to Illinois with him. This is where things get a little sticky. He (father) has custody papers from the court, but since he was never listed as father on the child's birth certificate. He cannot get a social security card, have the birth certificate modified to show he is the father. etc.

Now, the court ordered a DNA test to prove parentage. But the father doesn't have a copy of it. So, if anyone could help me out with the name and address of the court that is directly accross from the Susan B. Anthony women's rights museum. I would greatly appreciate it. He needs this information to get certified court documents now that his child is a teen.
