I have purchased a motorcycle from the state of New York. I Currently Live in North Carolina. In New York no notary is required, I was told prior that the NCDOT follows the guidelines of the New York title and I will not need to have the original title notarized with the sellers name nor my signature. I'm trying to confirm that I do not in fact have to have a notary stamp. If I do I am assuming that it will be just for my signature, please correct me if I am wrong . Also, when doing this title transfer will I pay the state property tax during title or during registration of the vehicle? Feel free to inquire about any question so I can better assist you in answering my inquiry.

This should be a fun question for some people. Here's the story, I bought my gf a new dirt bike, it's a super mini KX100. It's super clean so it can go either inside or outside... I live in Canton, Ohio. So I've been working with my girlfriend for about a year. She's a dietary aid in a nursing home. I found out that there was an STNA that has constantly been hitting on her, making her uncomfortable, even after she told him she had a boyfriend. He would say things like "when are you going to break up with your boyfriend and move into my big house" or "He's so big and you're so tiny how does doing it work out". Mind that everything he does is on the clock and to multiple women. When I found out about this I was furious, so I waited until he and I were both of the clock and work property and called him. Originally I wanted to talk to him like a man but he said "say it to my face b*tch" and hung up. I flipped out and seeing red left him a message on his voice mail saying I would kick his teeth in and break his legs backwards. I know I shouldn't have done that but who wouldn't do that for their girl? Anyway the next day I called work and they told me they would talk to me when I got there. I get there and they have me write a report and tell me I'm suspended until the investigation was over. Within this time 5-8 other women filed reports against this guy. A week and a half goes by and never heard anything about my job. They finally called and told me I was fired. A few days later they let the guy who was in my opinion sexually harassing these women back. Some he physically contacted, arm around them, stuff like that. Their reason is because 2 of the 5-8 people couldn't be trusted. One was "offering themselves to him" and the other is just a liar. I don't feel it's right that they let him back let alone fired me. My girlfriend is in fear of working with him and doesn't think she should have to change her schedule for this creep. The entire reason I said something to him was because I knew this exact situation would happen. We're talking to a lawyer tomorrow but is there anything we should do? Do any of you feel like there's a legal case against him or the actual company we work for? I would think if anyone was labeled as a sexual predator they would be fired especially with other women supporting this. Thanks in advance.

Isn't it funny that this PSN Plus is being released right after the network outage? I think that making users anxious to play then, opening their eyes to all these free games and titles etc, is an ingenious marketing ploy. They're offering 1 month free on top of time lost. So say the network is down for 3 weeks we will have 1 month and 3 weeks free use of PSN Plus. Let me know what you guys think. I may be wrong but this seems more plausible to the time it's taken to get the servers back up than all the crap they've been feeding us. No reason data transfer and Apache upgrades should take this long.

Just need some details, please don't lecture me on getting myself into debt. I am perfectly capable of managing my income so I can live and pay bills at the same time. Here's some info on me: I only have documented work for 2 months, was being paid under the table before. I have no credit built because I'm too young though, I do pay promptly on my student loans. This loan would be for a quad for me and my girlfriend. There's only one real reason I want the loan, it's not because I don't have/can't save for the bike, it's that I need to build credit for later on in life. At any rate, here are my questions, please stick to these question and not pointless lectures. Sorry for sounding prude but, I've been on Y! Answers a while and have seen plenty of worthless responses, don't take it to heart.

1. Where should I go for the loan? (I'm being told the Credit Union is the best place).

2. Is $4-5k considered a lot for someone who has never had any payments other than school loans?

3. Is there a set period of time I should allot for payments? (Say the payment plan is setup to be paid off in 12 months at $100 a month though, I pay $3-400 a month on it. Do I risk not building the most amount of credit I could have?)

EVERY single morning I wake up next to my girl she has what I call "death mouth". I know you've heard of "meth mouth" from druggies having messed up teeth well, my girl has messed up breath. Somewhat smells like a rotting body of an animal or something. Is there anything I can do about this? Any reason as to why it smells like she dined on a turd before bed??? Thx

I have some Italian style bread crumbs and a BUNCH of chicken breasts, I want to deep fry them with a breading, but I don't know any recipes and the ones I looked at don't really seem to go well with BBQ sauce (big time BBQ people, just getting too cold). My instructor did a horrible job of teaching us what happens in each of the 4 lower layers, Physical (1), Data-Link (2), Network (3), and Transport (4). I understand everything except what goes on in those layers... Can anyone help me on this one?

Why is it people like myself who believe in the scientifical aspect of life stupid, crazy, etc, etc... But you guys believe in something you have no proof of and use a mystical being as you're "leader" in the sense of religion... To me that's kind of stupid...

Do they charge there own battery? I notice the starter is called a starter generator, is this like a starter/alternator combo, or does this mean it generates the momentum to start the golf cart? I'm asking because I'm bored and going to put a system in it(I know sounds stupid, but it is something to do)... Head unit, 2 components, amp and I haven't figured out which woofer yet, it is all up in the air till I find out if this golf cart charges it's own battery via alternator... Please don't comment on how stupid of an idea this is... Like i said it's something to do, that I have the resources for...

I don't see how you guys/girls can do ANYTHING but suggest a speaker/driver... Isn't car audio ALL personal preference??? So who is to say one woofer is better than another? I mean you can suggest that one speaker is better than another, but never will you find ANY facts supporting your argument, if the person you're telling this too thinks that specific speaker sounds better than anything they've heard... I just wanted to see what people thought, if I had any supporters... Feel free to put in your input...

I have 2 15's(red) 2 12's(black) 3 amps 2 of which are MTX(black) 1 is Hifonics(white w/blue letters), I have a Ford Explorer and the room behind the back seats to work with probably 3'x3'x2.5'. How would you guys build a ported encloser for them, cubic feet doesn't matter I can adjust it later. Thanks Guys!
