  • I'm Unable to use TrendMicro HouseCall on FireFox, AOL, AvantBrowser and IE6.0.?

    I having problems using the Trend Micro free scan HouseCall service. After I have rebuild the HD, I've been unable to use the HouseCall program. This window appear each time I get to Status---Step 2: ----Scanning local computer and connected components. "An error occured while trying to transfer data from the Internet! Do you want Trend Micro HouseCall to try resending the require files?"

    When I use FireFox, the scan runs for hours. AOL, AvantBrowser, and IE 6.0 will not run it.

    I really need some help help? I also run McAfee, but it doesn't remove all the adware and trojans.
