I'm planning on being justin bieber for halloween. What are some things that he usually wears (I can't stand looking at him he's disgusting) and are there any tips you can give me for dressing like a guy?

my friend invited me to the valentines dance at her school. I already have an outfit selected and I need makeup that would compliment the outfit and my face (really hard, I'm not exactly pretty...) but anyway, here's the outfit:

Black and white checkered double layer miniskirt,

black leggings,

black eyeliner,

black shirt with a square cut chest and slightly puffy sleeves.

home made necklace (tin, looks like a chain of staples)

And here's what I look like:

dark brown shoulder length hair,

thick and long eyelashes

thick russian eyebrows

long-ish nose

slight acne on forehead

brown eyes

small birthmark right under my lower lip

pierced ears

about 4'10"

I don't wear any pink under any circumstances. whatsoever.

this is my first time asking for makeup advice, and I'd just like makeup and hair. I'd really like a sort of punk look with just a SLIGHT hint of girly.

I am a 7th grader in the NY school system, and I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). All of my teachers know of my disability. One of the symptoms is not picking up on some things, like social cues and not hearing things. My teacher yelled at me for not coming up to him after he called me and other students to write in or planners, which I didn't hear. He then told me I forgot to write down 2 assignments, which I wrote down in my planner. I didn't realise he wanted me to come back to his desk after I finished writing it. He yelled at me and called me "ditsy", and probably would've used more choice words if there weren't as many other students present. This may not be a problem for most people in most schools, but my school was originally DESIGNED to proove that kids could learn better in a more diverse classroom, which means that it has people from different ethnicities, IQs, and kids with disabilities. Was it legal for him to say this even though he knew about my disability, and possibly dealt with kids with it before (He was my homeroom teachers' teacher, he's worked there for over 15 years)? Is this discrimination against the disabled? Is that a violation of any New York or Federal laws?

I have a Samsung Alias 2 from Verizon, and I'd like to sync music from my cds onto the phone. Is it possible to do this? and if so, how?

I have a higher IQ than average for my age group. All of the people in my class seem unfazed by the prospect of death, and I seem to read into things a little too much, and thing about how its approaching. Is this normal for more intelligent people?

I live in queens, and today I'm going to therapy. I have to go through east elmhurst (an area with a large bloods population) and into manhattan, and my friends in school tell me that the initiation is today. It involves murdering girls. is it today, 10/21, and if so, do you know if I could get protection of some sort??
